Huge thanks to all the reps over at Mr. Supps for the opportunity to log this. I've never run this before, so I'm curious to see how it treats me.

I have to admit, I wasn't very familiar w/ DIM, so I did a little research. This stuff looks so simple, yet so beneficial!!

I'm 46 years old, so I can use all the help I can get as each day goes by, Lol..

I'm almost to the 6 month mark from rotator cuff surgery, and a month before that, I had umbilical hernia surgery, so I went a solid 8 months of no working out.. My body went to ****...

I returned to work on Dec 11th, and from that day, I began dieting and cardio. These last few weeks, I've been able to hit light weight training, so I'm basically doing circuit work w/ my upper body, and regular leg workouts.

Since Dec 11th, I'm down 19 lbs and the weights are toning me back up nicely. My mid-section is actually looking better today than it did pre-surgery!

I'll update this log often, noting how I'm feeling in and out of the gym, and also if I'm actually seeing any physical changes.

Thanks again Mr. Supps!!

Day 3 of the DIM..

I realized I had forgotten to post up a "before" pic. Obviously, I'm not expecting huge physical results, but I do realize that this can't hurt my quest for a leaner, harder physique.

Not a whole lot to report yet, just checking in.

Day 6 on the DIM

Had a long weekend of working overtime nights & finally off Sunday.

Despite getting horrible sleep over the weekend, I still felt good throughout the days. Is it the DIM? I don’t know. But I’ll take it! Not much to report in libido change yet..

Workouts are going great with physical improvements coming on rapidly. (Diet/exercise)… I’ve noticed a slight strength increase, but my strength has been absolutely shot since the 2 surgeries, so the strength gains and muscle memory for me right now is evident.

I noticed on the bottle that the dose is only one per day, but the bottle has 120 capsules. Can this be dosed 2x per day, or is it overkill? Also, I’m assuming this is best taken w/ food?

Interesting, on the PC there are no pics at all. Just a note saying he couldn't figure out how to post pics from imgur.

Maybe I am confused, but what are you expecting to get out of DIM other than estrogen metabolism management? I have never seen it represented as an anabolic or something that would increase strength. I know the more broken down active ingredient of DIM being IC3 modulates the estrogen receptors well and has been used in some Test boosters, but it isn't a huge test boosting factor. I am not a specialist on the compound and may just not know some of the other physique based benefits other than managing estrogen metabolization.

MrKleen73 I'm sorry if I wasn't clear enough in my opening. I've basically been out of the gym since last July due to hernia and rotator cuff surgeries. I'm basically speaking of the strength gains from that. The lack of working out and muscular atrophy.. Sitting around doing nothing, drinking too much beer, and eating horrible took a major toll on my physique. That's why I say every day in the gym is producing results.

As far as the test/libido boosting, yes, with the metabolized estrogen, I would expect to see a slight increase. Nothing like a hormonal type supplement, but with more free test floating around, I would expect to feel the difference.

a lot of people report more frequent urination hence less water retention, so you should see some leaning out, weight loss....I did when I ran 250mg twice a day.

Okay, I see the strength gains were simply part of the return. I got the impression it was being attributed to the DIM. I need to get on some DIM myself. I wouldn't even need an AI it I used it for my TRT I bet.

Yeah, and sometimes the pee turns a bright yellow for a couple days too. I now mine has the few times I used something with DIM in it. I know that chuckdiesel was mentioning that the DIM was the reason for this with his E2X supplement as well.

Sorry for the lack of updates, been working a ton of overtime. Still hitting the gym though!! Went to the Dr earlier this week and got 100% clearance on my rotator cuff and in that same visit, was diagnosed with a torn acl... Lol, I'll get that taken care of next year..

I've been consistently hitting the gym and keeping a very clean diet. I weighed in 2 days ago and am officially down 21 freaking pounds!! Hellz yeah!! There's a definite difference in my mid-section!! I'm 46 years old and may finally see my abs again. Lol...

Overall, I'm feeling great throughout the day, even with my hectic schedule and lack of quality sleep..

Dude, you are so right... The main change for me has been the lack of beer.. It's helped me lose weight and save money at the same time!! Lol.. Paying $18 for a 6 pack sucks, but I just love a good craft beer.. My vice...

I took today off to let my body get a little rest. I've been going to the gym pretty much every day hitting a lot of high volume - basically cardio with weights. Keeping my heart rate up w/ minimal rest between sets. So, today I slept in till 7am.. I hate getting that much sleep because I always wake up sore/stiff, but I also know that sleep is important. I slept in a chair at work over the weekend working nights, so I needed last night.

We'll be at the beach tomorrow, but I plan on keeping the workouts going throughout that trip!

Just a quick update before we hit the road for the beach.

DAY 14.

Overall, I'm feeling great. Workouts are going good w/ pain in shoulder improving every day. Muscle fullness is getting better as well. I feel like I'm getting some size back. I weighed in this morning, feeling leaner, but noticed I'm back up 5lbs!! Time to clean the diet up a little more!!

Was hoping to hit the gym this morning, but had a major thunderstorm roll through that woke the entire family & they begged me not to leave the house.. Lol..

Here's an updated pic I just took:

DIM is not going to do anything other than metabolize bad estrogen. It doesn't act as an AI, but is healthy for you. Just don't want hopes getting up and having expectation on physical changes related to this.

Hey y'all, sorry for the lack of updates, last weeks vacation was a whirlwind, so after getting the kids off to school yesterday, I ended up using it to just sit and decompress.. We rented a beach house w/ 5 other families... SCREAMING kids for 4 nights!! Lol..

I had planned on hitting the gym this morning, but last night at work was very busy & I didn't get any naps. Had to sleep all day today just in case tonight's just as busy.

As stated earlier, overall, I'm feeling great. Good energy and attitude throughout the days, and sleeping like a baby at night. I don't know if, for whatever reason, I may have had extra estrogen floating around. At any rate - I'm feeling like a boss.. Lol..

Hopefully back to the gym tomorrow! I know I probably put on a few extra lbs at the beach. I can see it in the mirror. Gotta get that discipline back, as we have another beach trip planned for next month!!

Have to laugh at this because we take a multi-family vacation at least once a year and then need to take a few days to unwind from those every time. They are super fun and I love being around all the kids, but it certainly is anything but relaxing.

Day 25 of the DIM..

Between the vacation and then working 4 straight nights, I somewhat fell off the tracks w/ my workouts and diet. I can also see that in the mirror. I started back to the gym Friday morning, hoping to keep somewhat of a schedule again. Working 12 hour rotating shifts makes it a little harder when I'm forced to work extra overtime.

OK, enough crying.. Lol. These past three days have all started w/ 15 minutes of LISS on the treadmill. Each day has been different body parts, keeping the volume up. My legs are SORE from yesterdays workout. I'm sure tomorrow will be even worse!

I've decided to start taking this 2x a day. Morning & night. Just going to see if I feel anything different both in and out of the gym. I'm already feeling great, but after reading about all the benefits, I may stay on this. It may fall right into my daily vitamin routine.

Day 33 on the DIM - now at 2x per day.

Nothing really new to report. I've been dosing at 2x a day and the bottle is running out fast. Lol. I've added a little bit of extra carbs both simple and complex, (centered around workouts), and have noticed I'm filling out a little more. This, in turn, though, has started to bloat me up a little. Time to increase the water and cardio! Beach season is upon us! Lol.

This was this morning after a quick 30 minute shoulder workout:

Day 43 on the DIM

FINAL REVIEW

First of all, I once again need to thank cheftepesh1 and the rest of the MR. Supps crew for giving me this opportunity to log their stuff.

Working my way back into the gym slowly, this was the perfect supplement to start with. Nothing too strong where I'd get all stupid and re-injure my shoulder, and nothing too weak where I didn't have any motivation to get in the gym.

I'm not gonna go out there & say this pill is responsible for all my progress, but I can say that it definitely helped. Just overall throughout the day, I felt great. Both in the gym and out. I did feel a difference (little more pep in my step) when I jumped up to 2x a day dosing instead of just once. I also noticed my skin seemed to tighten up a little. I'm 46 and spend a lot of time out in the sun, so I'm always worried about my skin getting all wrinkly.

As for the scale, I actually gained 3lbs.. But, I think my waist only grew a tiny bit (didn't measure). I'm still fitting in my old work pants, so I'm happy with that.

After I started taking this, I started reading up on it. The health benefits of this are huge!! The main one I liked was the part about helping reduce the risk of prostate problems, including prostate cancer. It doesn't run in my family, but it's one more weapon in my arsenal for better overall health.

Would I recommend this to a friend? Absolutely! It's relatively cheap and as I stated, the health benefits are worth every penny.

Thanks again Mr. Supps!

Here's a shot I took this morning after my chest workout:
