    Chest and Back Workout was amazing! I was in the Zone and doing a lot of Flexing and Chest Popping!

  13. When lifting, do you follow any plan, like progressive overload -or do you go by intuition, simply pushing it to fatigue?

    Mowglisml, I have been telling people at the gym that I will not get back on a treadmill no time soon.
    Doing Sprints, and pulling the Speed Sac with 5-10Lbs,it will take your body and mind to another Level! Since I have been doing Sprints My legs are getting toner, and I have noticed New Veins in my inner thigh area. I think everyone should include outside sprints in their workout regimen.
