So I'm on week 2 and I can tell I'm leaning since I didn't change any thing other than laxo. My lifts are on point with my show comming up. Jacked my right shoulder up sleeping on it funny so I hand to take it the last two days .

I have been eating lot of icecream recently and still haven't put on weight.

Today was abs and arms. Killer ab workout but arm still hurts a bit, resting up this weekend. Who all went to Olympia?

Monday will update with pictures . I am thinking of buying 2 more bottles just to maximize my protein . Looks like something I can use year round

Today I'm back at the gym. Destroyed it and felt very strong . Chest and back day.

So far I like it . Although I herd on yt with some people saying the coa on some of there products where not 100%. I hope it's not the case for my laxo .

Well I just about killed the bottle . I must say this did make me more hungry after consuming 400-600 calories per serving with my laxo 3-4 times a day. Basically I used with any meal that had over 30 grams of protein per serving. I will be ordering more soon.
