Starting this product I am a little skeptical about the claims being made, I guess that makes me a prime candidate to make this run.

6'1 190lbs 18ish % bf

I am starting week 4 of Kris Gethins Muscle Building template and will follow it pretty closely as for my workouts.

Diet will be kept slightly clean with about 1 cheat day a week. Average day will look something like this.
Breakfast- Protein shake(chocolate, bananas, greens, fatfree milk) 1-2 boiled eggs
Lunch- 6oz chicken breast, potatoes,
Snack-Sunflower Seeds, cheddar cheese, protein bar( not all 3)
After Workout immediately-2 scoops Humapro in place of usual 1 scoop of whey isolate
Dinner-Fish or beef with rice, asparagus, or baked potato
Before Bed 1 scoop Humapro.

strawberry kiwi I believe was the title.

1st impressions are if this actually performs like whey protein then this is an absolute game changer. with 10-12oz of water a very very crisp and good tasting supplement that is light on your stomach.

Went in yesterday for some bi's and calf workouts. Following FST7 protocols for this week so in between each base exercise I either stretched or contracted working muscle for 90-120 seconds. when contracting I flex for 15-20 secs and release for 10-15secs.

Cable Curls-70 x10
80 x10
90 x10
90 x10

Incline DB Alternating Curls- 25lb DB 4x10

Lying Cable Curls- 60lbs 4x10

Spider Curls 65lbs 7 x10 (strict 30 second breaks on 7 sets)

Seated Calf Raise-125 4x25

Leg Press Calf Raise- 315 4 x25

Donkey Calf Raises- 50lbs on back 7 x20

Weekends are off days on this program, will start up GVT on Monday with what looks to be a pretty crucial leg workout

Alright we will see how this product effects DOMS after the GVT leg session I just put in. really wore out after tonight, didn't go real heavy but focused on contraction and really getting that pump going.
As far as Humapro goes still too early to say much, but what I have noticed is absolutely no bloat while feeling a little full. Taste is very tart but at the same time they hit the nail on the head with strawberry kiwi flavor. Will have no problems finishing off this tub.

Squats- 10x10 at 185

Leg Extensions- 5x15 at 120

Leg Curls-5x15 at 115

Seated Calf Raise- 10x10 at 135

It doesn't look like much but keeping the rest periods down to under 45 seconds really pushed some blood into my quads.

The program calls for 15 minutes of cardio after the workout trying to run on the treadmill my legs felt like jello had to settle for the exercise bike today.

I had to take an unexpected 4 day vacation where there was no wifi or gym :/ apologize for the absence. I took my humapro with me and just did some cardio. Not much to note here except its still delicious and still setting pretty well with my stomach. One thing I will say it doesn't do a great deal on recovery or maybe I just pushed my legs really hard on leg day, as my legs were still sore up until this morning.

Brutal is an understatement, im getting back to where I was after an injury and my legs haven't really been shocked in awhile. Well GVT did it, workout was Monday afternoon my legs were so sore I almost needed help getting up and down. Felt good to be that sore but it was tough for awhile.

I decided to pick up where I left off before the surprise vacay...GVT chest day last night and im feeling it today. The soreness seems a little more tolerable than the leg day.
We are 1 week into the Humapro tub still same opinion as day 1 taste is great, no bloat and my strength seems to be staying up/increasing like it would with regular protein supplements.

Bench Press 10 sets of 10...185x10, 165 3x10, 155 3x10, 145 2x10, 135 x10
Cable flys focusing on contraction- 60lbs 5x10
Decline DB Press- 40s 5x10
Weighted Crunches 25lbs 10x10

Bench GVT damn...

I worked on my bench this weekend and did 10 sets of 5 of just 185 to perfect the form and I was feeling it. I use DBs like 80-90% of the time when I do presses typically. Have done a 10x10 several times before on incline within the same weight range you did. Takes forever, but it's a hell of a workout.

Before my injury I did 225 for the 1st 6 sets and then 185 for final 4 and that's one of the best workouts ive ever had. GVT has produced som eof the worst DOMS I can remember.

Last night was back day. Nothing new for Humapro to report yet, considering grabbing a few different flavors to switch things up a bit but still loving it.

Pull Ups(supposed to be 10x10, not happening right now)

Pull Ups 10,8,7,7,5,5,3,3,3
Lat Pulldowns- 105 10x10
Bent over Rows- 185 2x5, 155 2x5, 135 2x5
Shrugs 5x20

Last night was shoulders, chest is still pretty sore, but lats and traps felt good. Today chest is very sore I guess from the overhead presses hitting it from a higher angle. I am steadily gaining weight as I would with a pure protein supp. What I can say is I like drinking this post workout MUCH MUCH better than the same old chocolate vanilla shakes.

Overhead Seated Press- 95lbs 10x10
Arnold Press-30s 2x10
DB Shoulder Press- 30s 2x10
DB Lateral Raises 15s 5x15
Upright BB Rows 55lbs 5x15

It has been a hectic week but ive managed to stay in the gym daily and hit it hard. Just haven't been able to get on here much.
After almost 3 weeks I can say I think I may believe this is actually a great substitute for protein without all the calories and other downsides(gas, bloat, etc) the fruity flavor is very easy on the stomach post workout unlike the chocolate and vanillas which sometimes can be a little too sweet after a grueling workout. Im a few lbs up and BF% has went down so I have to say its working so far.

5-27-16- Leg Day

Leg Extensions 2 sets after the 2nd set AMRAP through whats left of the weight 130 2x20 115down to 50 for failure

Leg Press- 315 2x20

Squat- 185 2x15

Seated Leg Curls 115 2x15

Seated Calf Raise 90 4x50

5-28-16 Shoulders, Traps, Triceps

Overhead Press 95lbs 2x15

Side DB Raises- 15lbs 2x15

Bent Over rear delt raise- 20s 2x15

Rear Delt PUlls- 30lbs 2x15

Shrugs DB- 55lbs 2x20

Tricep Pushdowns 100 2x12
Underhanded 80 2x12

Overhead Tricep rope extension- 60lbs 2x12

V Bar pushdown-40lbs 2x12

I'll admit I was very skeptical as well as to how something that isn't protein could have all the benefits of protein, but the only thing I changed in my diet was removing a 30gram post workout shake and a 22gram bedtime shake and replacing it with scoops of Humapro instead. Doing the I noticed my weight kept moving up and like ive mentioned several times I find it much easier to drink post workout.

My weight is fluctuating right now between 195-196, and my bodyfat has went down noticeably so im very pleased with the results so far. I will definetly be buying another jug or 2 soon and seeing how it does with a weight cut for an upcoming fight.

Tonight I just went in to do some cardio, I was offered an MMA fight and wanted to see how bad my cardio actually was. Surprisingly not too bad. Not fight shape but I can be in 7 weeks.

Warm Up- Jump Rope Sprints 30 on 30 off for 10 minutes

Treadmill- 2minutes at 4mph 1 minute at 9mph for 15 minutes

Bike- 20minutes pushing it

Some varied ab exercises.

Definitely a unique aspect of it.

Last night I was super full from dinner, but knew I didn't meet my protein reqs for the day. Wanted to do a shake but knew I'd feel worse than I already did if I made one. Was wishing I had some HumaPro on hand for this reason. Can easily throw it down.

Honestly right now that is without a doubt my favorite aspect of it. I seen to have a lot of trouble regardless of the flavor taking down a normal whey protein shake post workout. I sit and take it down then usually have to sit around for 5-10 minutes to gather myself.

Almost done, I have a few scoops left. On a few of the days I went with 2 scoops instead of 3 so its gonna be stretched out a little. I had to take my son to his grandparents for a few days and just got back in today haven't been around a computer. My overall thoughts so far are im very impressed ill detail more in my review, but this made a believer out of me. I put on about the same amount of weight I would have with a regular whey shake, but much leaner weight and it was so much easier to drink.

For sure I will be buying another tub or 2 in my next order and next years cut will be used exclusively for my protein needs. As for my final review manimal would you rather me write up a review here or in the supplement section? either is fine with me. I will be using my final few scoops tonight after an intense chest and back DTP session. I had some great workouts here lately and this stuff has really put the edge on post workout windows. Normally I would be updating daily workouts, but summer time is weird with a 5 year old Ive been working out in a small town and wifi hasn't been introduced there yet sooo yeh.

Alright my final thoughts... I started this product at approximately 190 lbs and I ended it using 2-3 scoops a day at 195lbs.
The way I used this was replacing my post workout whey shake of normally 30-50grams. I was able to keep putting on lean mass while using a much lighter on the stomach poduct.
Taste was right on point, Kiwi-Strawberry was great, a little tart but enjoyable nonetheless. Able to finih up a hardcore workout and slam this stuff without any gagging or bloat. I usually then went right into HIIT cardio which for me with regular whey is unheard of.
I have already ordered another tub, and while it is a little on the high side of pricing overall I believe it is worth it and could be invaluable on a cut.

Great log wildly and thanks for posting such a detailed review.

Pretty impressive to increase weight while removing some calories from the whey.

Did you increase any of your other meals or calories?

Nope, literally the only thing I changed in my diet was replacing that. Granted my diet sometimes can get dirty, but it didn't change other than that.
