Day three of testing Red Ghost. No gym today. Had alot of erands. Got up at 6 am and popped my 4 caps and ate some yogurt and oats for breakfast. Estimate that at 300 calories. Lunch was two pieces of chicken breast and two servings of red skin potato salad. That was 700 calories. The wife brought home Papa Johns pizza for dinner around 5 pm. I ate 3 slices. 1,000 calories. 2,000 calories for the day. I ended up feeling guilty so I took a long walk. Ended up walking 4.7 miles round trip. Burned off 547 calories. I have to say that this Red Ghost has been really easy on me so far. I have to remember to eat. I really do not get hungry with this stuff! And I keep energy pretty much all day. I'll be hitting the gym in the morning and do some back and shoulders.
