Day 8 testing Red Ghost. I weighed in at 234.2 lbs today. I think it was Easter dinner that caused my weight to go up a little. I did 15 minutes of cardio and hit chest hard for an hour and 20 minutes.
Went heavy on the chest press machine for first exercise. Pyramided my way up to 470lbs for 2 reps, then jumped on the Benchpress and did 4 sets of 205 for 20 reps.
Then I did close grips 4 sets of 125 lbs for 10 reps
4 sets of dumbell flys 10 reps of 45lbs.
3 sets of low cable flys 6 plates for 10 reps
3 sets of mid flys 10 reps of 6 plates
Then I hit some front military press 2 sets of 10 reps 125lbs.
Then I stretched my pecs out with t-rex straps.
Then I hit 4 sets of 10 reps 14 plates on the cable t-bar machine.
I ate 1,760 calories today, and burned 1,075.
I'll be hitting bicepts and tricepts tomorrow

It's not bad. It keeps me energized all day and I have lost some weight in the 8 days that I've been testing it.
