Plan on running my own bro split that I just started Monday with 6 days a week of training and Sunday as my either complete rest day or sometimes active rest day.

What do I hope to accomplish with this log and supplement?
I'm currently trying to lean out while still making some good gains and then keeping those gains.


So my workout split consists of:
Monday - Back
Tuesday - Chest/Abs
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Arms/Abs
Friday - Back/Chest
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Arms/Abs

How do you like the sleep aid so far? Thinking about running a cycle of that with their test booster and maybe some x-factor.

Surprisingly loving it thus far. Their test booster isn't too shabby either. But definitely prefer PM as it seems legit.

So ended up getting so busy I couldn't keep up with this log that I wanted to run. I'm officially on my 4th week of Tri-Andro and I'm loving it so far! Definitely seeing some strength gains and starting to see some good size. Undoubtedly, my diet has not been where I want it to be so now this week working on dialing in my nutrition to make these last 5 weeks the best possible to put on size, but lose some fat too.

Hit chest this morning and just started using APS Mesomorph yesterday and today. This stuff is freaking amazing, but that's something that's already been said thousands of times on forums and supplement retailer sites alike.

So started it in the hopes to track my entire 8 week cycle. Tomorrow starts week 5 and going to try and actually log at least my second half of this cycle. Crushed back and chest today. Workout coming soon.

Last weekend I switched out my pre and purchased APS Mesomorph.
