Yo what's up everyone.
Thank you to OL for choosing me to log both a bottle of oral ep1c unleashed and TD ep1c unleashed.

What I am expecting:
increased endurance / work capacity, greater fullness, increased recovery

Workout style:
so for the first two weeks I am doing acclimation workouts before starting a 6week frequency study. It will mainly be full body every workout.
There is a big focus on the big 3 (squat/bench/dead) as this is technically a powerlifting study. Up to this point I have been doing 5/3/1 Boring But Big but just finished my second (2.5)month before this.
p.s everything is weight, sets x reps

Stats:
5'11" 195lb low teens BF%
335 squat (I have hit 405 before but I decided to back off on intensity and strength was lost :( + this is a bit lowballed (rpe of 7))
265lb Paused Bench (rpe 9)
365 deadlift (rpe 9)
rpe = rate of perceived exertion aka how hard I think I went on that lift (1-10)

Dosage:
Oral (first month):
Workout Days 1pill 2x daily (for myostatin inhibition effects)
Rest days 1pill in the AM

TD(second month):
one pump am
one pump afternoon

Acclimation #6
Squat working up to 275 2x5 , felt super fast and relatively easy
Hip thrusts 135 3x15 , super slow focusing on contraction
Reverse Hyper 90 3x12 , felt super easy

Thoughts on ep1c:
A little too early to comment after not even a week, but stamina is going up

Did some AM Max testing to base my upcoming numbers off of! Sorry for the lack of updates the weekend had me very busy and unable to workout :(. Will be more consistent though

Workout:
*warmups are not shown here but only the top set, and they were singles*
BB Squat 360 (rpe 8)
BB Paused Bench 280 (rpe 9)
Deadlift 365 (rpe 7, had to rush deadlifts due to time)

Thoughts:
My muscular endurance is no longer in correlation with max strength. E.g: I hit 335x3 on squat easily (rpe 7) so 360 shouldn't have been my max, but I failed 365.
TL;DR - endurance is up
recovery between sets is shorter by ~1/3 of my usual time.

Squat 265 2x5
Pause Squat 225 3x5
Reverse Hypers 115 3x12

Effects
Can def feel the increased endurance. A lot better than regular (-)Epi by itself so far. I actually feel like I recover a lot faster. It feels like I can go again right after my set, but I know I couldn't

Nice, I definitely noticed the difference from plain epi to Ep1c Unleashed. The best run I had with it was the overlap with oral + TD although it looks like you're running both solo, correct?

that's the plan so far. I may end up bridging the two together though towards the end with the last week (1pill on workout days, and one pump ED)

definitely sore so far, pumps are definitely there despite having no carbs. So far pretty pleased with epic unleashes and will 100% agree that this version is an improvement over the other (-)epi's on the market. Have ~14pills left so I will be doing 1/1 dosage with pills/td starting next week

So just a bit of side info, my data won't be published in the actual study (as I am taking ep1c clearly) but I am still doing the same routine and procedures.
Overall today was pretty good, it was an AMRAP day

Workout:
Squat 300 1x3 , 1x10
Bench 240 1x3, 1x7
DeadLift 310 1x3, 1x13
Pullups 2x6
Reverse Hypers 2x12 180lbs.

Most of my numbers will go up 15lbs next week because of how did on the AMRAP

9/22 Workout:
Squat 285 2x5
Bench 230 2x5
DB Rows 80 2x12

today's workout:
Squat 315 2x3
Bench 250 2x3
Deadlift 330 2x3
PullsUps BW 2x6
Reverse Hypers

Thoughts
Started using the TD in the AM and taking a cap later in the day. The D-Limone inside the TD smells amazing! A bit of a watery consistency but I can rub the majority of it in with my wrist when applying to chest. Todays workout was 10mins shorter than last weeks, even with the heavier weight!

fuark sorry for not updating, I just finished up two midterms and a long paper. It should be all good now, no more spending 6hours a day in the library juggling all the studying!

Thoughts
Using the td now, ran out of the capsules. One application in the AM, then one in the pm. Left then right shoulder / upper pec area. So far nothing has increased by more, but it holding still. Rest time and total workout time have dropped dramatically. 15mins for workout time, and 1min for rest!

9/23 Workout:
Squat 260 2x8
Bench 190 2x8
RDL 185 2x12
PullsUps BW 2x12

9/25 Workout:

yeah, just a crazy schedule and too many things to do at once. The problems of being involved on campus. I do average 4-5hours of sleep, with the occasional 7hour night twice a week. Although training + diet + epic so far has led to lbm gain and bf% loss, but I don't have the actually data yet. I will at the end though (hydropod)

Still going strong. Workouts are stalling at ~45mins for completion lately

10/4:
BB Squat 320x2, 320x7
BB Bench 260x2, 260x4
Deadlift 340x2, 340x11
PullUps BW 2x6

Overall pretty happy with these numbers. Squat felt solid, and deadlift is not slowing down at all (not that I started doing it again)

Today:
BB Squat 280 2x6
BB Bench 220 2x6
RDL 205 2x10
PullUps 2x12

td is starting to run out soon from the sounds of shaking the bottle :(
Today was meh in terms of session satisfaction
Workout:
Squat 335 2x2. I failed my 3rd rep on the AMRAP
Bench 265 1x2,1x4
Deadlift 355 1x2, 1x6
PullUps 3x6

Overall not bad but wish I had gotten that 3rd rep. Just felt wrong and my descent was a lot slower than usual according to coach. Took ~35mins for all of this so faster than last week! Endurance is good, don't lose my breath as easily. Seems like EU is working for sure

Workout
Squat 335 2x1
Bench 270 2x1
Deadlift 365 2x1

Easy peasy. Deload is a little less next week but getting ready t o max out soon. Cardio and endurance are holding steady so far on EU. I can definitely see this being useful for people who want get in and out of the gym asap, and do a bunch of supersets. In terms of pumps I haven't noticed too much, but you can tell by the training it is not a pump inclusive type of training

Just hit my old PR's from the beginning of the log with ease! I had spotters just in case but the first set flew up and I knew I didn't need a spotter. Hoping to hit 385/405 squat, 290/300 bench, 405 deadlift which looks somewhat plausible

Squat 350 2x1
Pause Bench 280 2x1
Deadlift 2x1 375

~190 with food. I have my body comp scheduled for monday morning, so I will have my depleted before/after weight

also just to mention, pretty much every set after week 2 has been an RPE of 8 (2-3reps left from what it feels like). Sometimes your mind just underestimates how many reps you can get

Final Review Minus Numbers
Thank you to OL for letting me run a two month log of Ep1c Unleashed. What I noticed the most during this log was that my intra set recovery and cardiac recovery really increased. In my group I was the one telling everyone to hurry up and let me get my next set already. My overall workout time went from about 1hour 15mins down to an avg of 40/45mins, doing the same volume same workouts. There were times were rest between sets were under a minute and I had no problem keeping up. I didn't do any cardio other than walking to classes, which I've been doing, so I know that EU helped increase my cardiac capacity.
I preferred the oral over the TD because of how much simpler it was. The TD worked just as well as the oral, but I found it much more convenient to just take a pill two times a day versus having to apply a TD.
Also be on the lookout for new OL products as they are coming out with some cool new products!

Thanks for running this log! Glad you found the endurance effects of Ep1c Unleashed to shine for your workouts. We offer both forms as people have different preferences for administration, but as you mentioned, both forms are equally effective.

And yes, many new products will be released very soon!
