Hey guys what's up? Got a 30 day sample from Iron Champ of Psyched. It's labeled as a preworkout. I'm coming off a cheat weekend so weighed in kind of heavy this morning at 208. This is also a back off week for us so we are remaxing and about to start a new program. Tonight I maxed on muscle ups, squat, handstand push-up, weighted dips, weighted pull-ups, and pistol squats.
Afterwards for met on we did 40 lb medball partner sit-ups x 10 coupled with burpees x 10 for 5 continuous sets. I took 2 capsules about30 min prior to training. I felt somewhat jittery. I'm fasting today so I'm sure that played a role in it. I felt wiped after the workout but weighed in this pm at 206.4. Looking to try to cut for summer. Stay tuned for more updates.

Figured I would update my weight this morning. Still fasted this morning despite some grazing. Weight this morning is 203.8. Will log my cardio and experience with my dose tonight!

Ok evening workout complete. I took two capsules 45 min before my workout. Did 20 min of steady state cardio on the treadmill wearing my elevation training mask with varying incline. Heart rate read on the treadmill at 145-158 during the couple times I checked it. This stuff is the real deal. Sadly I'm still fasted and going to have to make myself eat but I am nearing back to my base weight. I generally only do IF two days a week for 24 hr periods and usually do 16/8 fasts. Anyway this stuff continues to impress with energy and focus. Can't wait to do some cardio and other maxes tomorrow.

Ok sorry for the late log. Had a friends mother died so missed the workout tonight and didn't take the preworkout. Will come back with a vengeance tomorrow evening!

Alright guys back in gear today. Took my psyched about an hour before my workout (2 caps). Mowed the yard beforehand unfortunately. I'm coming off a cheat weekend given all the turmoil so came in at 206 today. Switching gears to a cutting anabolic diet today as well with 2000 calories. Gonna carry this out for 6 weeks. Did 20 min ss cardio on the treadmill tonight. Had no difficulty and got a good sweat. Laid in the tanning bed and showered. Not bad after 12 hr at work. Back to harder workouts tomorrow.

Ok playing some catchup here. Tuesday's workout was as follows:

Superset:
Muscle-up progressions from the box 4x8
Handstand push-ups 4x8

Superset:
Weighted pull-ups (40 lb) 4x8
Weighted ring dips (40 lb) 4x8

Superset:
Front lever from pull-up bar 4x12 s
Back lever from rings 4x12s

Superset:
Back squat (245 lb) 4x8
Pistol squat from box 4x8 each leg

Metcon:
50 wrestlers sitouts 5 sandbag shoulders each arm, 5 toes to sky from high pull-up bar
40 sitouts 4 shoulders 4 toes to sky
30 sitouts 3 shoulders 3 toes to sky
20 sitouts 2 shoulders 2 toes to sky
10 sitouts 1 shoulder 1 toes to sky

Felt awesome after taking the iron champs, sweated during the whole work out. I've upped my calories significantly from where I was at as you can see my macros below. I'm still taking 2 caps. Weight is 205 here.

Wednesday 4/22

My brother and I decided to do a bodybuilding supplement workout today.

Took my pwo on the way home from work about an hour before hand. Felt a little jittery but nothing how I've felt in the past taking this much stimulant. I feel like the taurine may be preventing some muscle cramping. Weight was still 205 this am (anabolic?)

Workout:
Bench press 205 3x8
Standing military press 65s 3x8
Hammer curl 3x8 each arm 3x8

2 mile run

Took my preworkout on the way to the gym tonight. Weight was still 204.6. During the workout I felt energized. My brother and I didn't work out with the rest of the group so we kept our rest low. I sweat like crazy tonight and was very focused.

Workout

Superset:
Full muscleups (kipping) 5x3
Handstand push-ups 5x3

Weighted pull-up (50 lb) 5x3
Weighted ring dip (65 lb) 5x3

Protein was a lot lower today. I should have had a shake but I felt full so left it alone. 204.6. Weight is not changing, what do you guys think about this based on anabolic diet? My cal per Pasquale are supposed to be 3600 just for maintenance. I went down to 2000 but weight is still not changing.

Yeah last time I was doing muscle-ups I was roughly 185 so to be able to pull them at 205 feels good!! I've got a video but I don't think it will upload.

Alt db hammer curl 35 lb 4x10 es

Wally ball x 6-8 games to 21 at racquet ball court
Losers do 10 burpees but did burpees after every game.

Took two psyched right before the workout. It carried me through full of energy through till after the games ended. No trouble sleeping at night. Weight is 206.4.

Macros were a little off for the anabolic diet but still ok I think.

Took 3 psyched today for the first time. I was a little worried about getting jittery. No problem at all. I did HIIT on the treadmill no incline 10 mph x 30 s followed by 1 min at 4 mph. I sweated like crazy dripping off the treadmill. Hr however by the treadmill read 182 during peak sprints. Felt very good. I feel lean although my weight is 206.2. I'll post my macros after dinner. Would love to hear some constructive criticism if anyone has any pointers!!

Nice work! Looks like fun with Wally ball and racquet ball. I'm not sure about the burpee's. I hate those. 3 caps is great! I usually stick with 2, but if I want some extra high gear mode, I go with 3.

I'm going to try 3 caps. I've been hearing a lot of folks saying their doing 3 with no jitters. Thats a major plus.

Hey guys another few day layoff from posting. Sorry. Took 2 caps on 4/29 but didn't work out. Unless playing with the little one for a couple hours outside jumping in the trampoline and running around.

Took 3 caps then did steady state cardio on the treadmill with elevation training mask for 25 min. Good clean energy and nice glistening sweat. Felt like a good fat burner.
