Hey guys what's up? Got a 30 day sample from Iron Champ of Psyched. It's labeled as a preworkout. I'm coming off a cheat weekend so weighed in kind of heavy this morning at 208. This is also a back off week for us so we are remaxing and about to start a new program. Tonight I maxed on muscle ups, squat, handstand push-up, weighted dips, weighted pull-ups, and pistol squats.
Afterwards for met on we did 40 lb medball partner sit-ups x 10 coupled with burpees x 10 for 5 continuous sets. I took 2 capsules about30 min prior to training. I felt somewhat jittery. I'm fasting today so I'm sure that played a role in it. I felt wiped after the workout but weighed in this pm at 206.4. Looking to try to cut for summer. Stay tuned for more updates.
