Hey guys shout out and thanks to the MTS team and jwa254 for this logging opportunity. I was given the opportunity to run MTS Ragnorok Elite Caffeine Free version. A little about myself. I am currently running a Diabolix/DMZ cycle, this is the reason I wanted to give a caffeine free preworkout a try. I am a little over a week into my cycle and started Ragnorok Elite today.

Squat: Currently Unknown, Working my way up into heavy squats again (Bad Knees)
Dead: 435ish
Training split will go
Day 1: Chest/tris
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Shoulders
Day 4: Back
Not a whole lot of off days between day 4 and a new start of week 2 day 1.
Hit chest today and first thoughts of the preworkout was absolutely amazing! First of all I love the taste, even though it looks like a greenish/blackish dirty water, it taste awesome. I had an awesome workout and was feeling great the whole time even without caffeine.
Heres my workout
Incline: 2 Warm Up sets, followed by 6x5 (175x5, 185x5, 205x5, 205x5, 225x5, 225x5)
DB Bench Neutral Grip: 5 sets of 10 (50x10, 60x10, 70x10, 70x10, 75x10)
Incline DB Flyes: 3x10 (25x10, 30x10, 40x10)
Cable Fly: 3x10 (25x10, 32.5x10, 32.5x10)
Machine Triceps press down 3X10 (130x10x3)
Skullcrushers: only count weight on bar (50x12, 70x12, 70x12, 90x12)
Cable Pressdown: 4x12 (70x12x3, 85x12) Super Set with Single DB Overhead Extension: 4x10 (25x10x4 each arm)
Like I said an awesome workout, I hope this continues the entire time with this product!
