    Damn, the pic would have helped you answer me. Any other way you can see it? Maintenance according to the IIFYM site would be around 2300-2400, so it'd be around 2500-2600.

    Dude, I think they look better in the before pic for some reason even though I'm lighter in the 2nd.

  7. Your absolutely leaner in the second picture, in the first pic you cant really see any rib/oblique/serratus however in the second picture its way mroe defined, i can count them in the second picture, in the first picture...nothing

  9. Bench day, I get to go up to 95% of my 1RM which is all of the weight I have I should be getting a couple more 45 pound plates super soon though

    Strength is going down a bit on the rope pushdown, cons of cutting.. 1 full scoop of Fitmax today and no issues, might bump her up tomorrow or Tuesday, whenever I lift next!

  10. I'm thinking tomorrow is going to be an off day. I feel a little something in my shoulder, and tomorrow is supposed to be shoulder day. We will see what tomorrow brings, besides 5 boxes of cookies and cream quest bars!

    Dude, it had me sweating pretty good. And I normally don't sweat all that much lifting. I'm sure it'll be tough to take a nap today, let's just say that. Haha

DB Deadlift 30x13 (W/U) 50x3 55x3 60x5 Lat Pulldown Drop set with no rest obviously 100x18 95x11 90x10 85x10 DB Bent Over Row Drop Set also 40x14 35x9 30x9 25x10 Weight Sit Ups 45 pound plate on chest x 20 45 x 20 WHEW!! My weight is possibly stalling a bit, so I planned on having a refeed day with 100 grams of more carbs either tonight, or tomorrow because squats will most likely be on Saturday, as opposed to a cheat day.. Decisions, decisions.

  26. I took a scoop of fitmax when I woke up before work today, and man I'm sweating like crazy at work today. I might just do squat day today, as I'm not too sore from deads yesterday.

    I'm trying out a little higher carbs, I dropped my fat from .5% to .45% and I will hit around 300-320 grams of carbs today as well! Off day tomorrow, and then my deload week starts on Sunday or Monday with Bench press.

  29. Sorry, I got my days mixed up on my last post bro. Looking good. It is hard to see a big difference in 5 days, but one, you look more tan and two, you hips seem too look slightly more narrow. Your muscles also look fuller.
