A bit about my self,
21 yo been lifting for a few years now
5'7" 178lbs

I have tried the OG PW but coud not stomach it so after i finished it never again did i try it
this will be my second shot at it and i see from WP & WFR CL has increased their flavoring abilitys greatly so thats a huge plus

anyways on to my workout it was a quick session in the morning as usual fasted
started with 2 scoops and used the Recommended amount of water 10 oz and it was just Waaaaaayyyyyy to sweet
so decided to add more water to it to about 20 oz with made it more tolerable
i must say from the 10oz it tasted like pure sugar overly sweet but once it got more diluted the taste came forward
i cant put my finger on it to exactly the taste but the after taste does taste exactly like Cotton Candy
it is a pleasant taste none the less tomorrow i will mess more with the water till i get n ideal flavor so far its good but cant say great but hey its the first day

workout consisted of all end sets to failure

Bent over dumbbell rows
2 sets of 10-12 reps@50lbs
1 set to failure

Under hand pull ups
2 sets of 10-12 reps(Body Weight)
1 set to failure

Standing barbell curl
2 sets of 10-12 reps@70lbs

no fancy workout just good ol set to failure to waist out my arms lol

i used to when i started a few years agoit was taking a toll on my joints and kinda narrowed it down to that but now that i think about it, could have been too much/ or poor shape will try it again

its always good to go across the body when doing chest and when your fatigued at the end of your workout flyes are much harder for me anyway.

so today 1 scoop pre along with some White pump
and then 1 scoop during Did legs
today i found out what too much pump actually is (i thought i knew)
it was just crazy could not walk or sit had too kinda slow down
so too much of a good thing can be a bad thing
White Pump Is Fkn Sweet
also as of now have not noticed any real difference in performance although the flavor is getting better

i must add yesterday i found the ideal water to powder ratio for me its 16oz it tasted like liquid candy super delicious

today i had a lot of work at home so woke up at 6 am. grabbed the axe and cut down a tree and then made firewood out of the whole tree feels goodi guess it was sort of like a intense cardio session lolwas sipping on cotton candy purple wraath the whole time other than hand blister all went good :)

Been having a very busy week :(

Anyways todays session was more of a cardio took 2 scoops and ran to the local market and back home around 5 miles total distance I was surpriced I did not take any breaks on the way to it thats something after I played basketball with the fam so nothing competitive but kept me moving thats for sure

squats 3 sets to 8 lunges 3 sets to 10leg curls 2 sets to 15leg extensions 3 sets to 15 over all went great felt a little more tired but i blame it on my sleepmid way updatei feel it is really helping me push through plus flavor really grew on me and it is absolutely delicious so far would recommend ... "coming from a guy who strongly disliked the wraath"

Felt great to change it up a bit also only took 3 brake during the run I accredit it to purple wraath and the endurance boost

Finished it today with only a run
Watched the soccer game at a local restaurant and left jogging
About 5 miles

Final thought
This changed my view on purple wraath 100%
I remember having to force down the old flavor and this is a huge step up will deff buy it in the near future
Numbers are a ****ty way to rate a product but I highly like it and will recommend it to friends
