    It tasted great too.

    This may be placebo, but I took it maybe five minutes ago and I feel a cool, calm focus.

  9. I only took half a scoop today.

    The first thing I noticed was the calm focus. I had plenty of energy to train, but I wasn't all hyped up.

    I really liked that.

    I'm looking forward to trying out 3/4 -1 scoop tomorrow.

    I'll be doing some back hypertrophy and speed benching, along with the bandell bar.

  14. Took 3/4 scoop today, really enjoYing the calm focus, clean energy, and mood enhancement

  15. Took a little less than a scoop before conditioning today.

    Not sure if it was the humidity or the stimul8 but I was seating like a hog

    I think next time before conditioning I'll try just a half scoop, this was pretty strong stim wise.

    I'm really digging this flavor.
    I don't drink most of my pre, I'll just throw Scoop in my mouth. But I enjoy drinking this on the way to the gym.
    I give it a few shakes, let it sit a second, and it's mixed really well.

    Obviously humidity played a role but nothing makes me swear like Stimul8 so this doesn't surprise me bud.

    Somewhere between 1/2 and 3/4 scoop is my sweet spot

    Everyone seems to really be commenting on the crazy sweating and performance boost. I'm trying a tub soon

  19. I just threw a little under a scoop of stimul8 in my mouth while driving to the gym today.
    I'm not going to lie, I regretted it.

    Not because it's rough as straight powder (I always do it), but because I didn't get to taste it.

    Then I gave my girlfriend a scoop to try and I really wish I'd have drank mine.
    Yeah, I love the flavor.

    Anyway I got a great focus from the scoop, and my mind muscle connection was spot on.

    i'm not sure if it's the stimul8 (or having added conditioning work a month ago) but I feel like I can move thru exercises much more quickly without getting fatigued.

    Probably a little of both.

    The first three sets of 225 felt great and I was in a really good groove, hips were firing quick today, right after clearing the knees, which is usually my technical issue with heavier weights.

    The second four sets of 225 I had a band around my hips, and pulling me backwards, like herder does. I don't remember what he calls it.

    Those were hard, and I think they got me out of my groove.
    315 was way slower than it should have been, so I just shut it down.


    Farmer walk:
    50# per handle 60yd x4 (open palms)
    100# x60yd x4
    140# X15yd x2
    140# x45yd x2

    Grip slipped on the first set of 140, so I did a walk of shame back to the 0yd line

  20. Another great workout Ace. I gotta admit, I enjoy the taste far too much to take it dry and chase with water. And I'd definitely say your conditioning with Stimul8 is propelling you.

  21. It seems that a little above 3/4 scoop is almost too strong for me. It doesn't negatively effect my training (the opposite, actually) but I was shaky at home after.. Not sure if it was from training arms or the scoop but I feel much better now, the come down off this stim is very smooth. I'm still focused, and have ample energy, but i'm calm.


    The calm focus from this is really my favorite part about this. This is where it shines above other pres that get you amped/ hyped. I prefer the calm focus, actually.

  23. Took a half scoop during work last night.
    It was great, with all that focus I got a ton of work done, leaving my partner on the A.m. crew very well set up for success.

    A few nudes..
    abs starting to sharpen up a little... don't mind the fuzziness, took it on my phone.
    I think I'll be nice and cut by the time July rolls around, after a few diet tweaks.
    Conditioning and stimul8 are starting to take effect.
