    Had a great workout, got a nice sweat and pump. Was happy with my bicep strength, was able to hit the hammer rows hard than straight to curls with no rest, moving the 50's and 40's pretty easy now. Will up the weight the next time I try this workout in a few days.

    I prefer using a pre-workout over caffeine+ephedrine, stacked it with High Volume so it was just like a pre-workout.

    I'm gonna stop the Creatine, I find it's slowing me down with the weight gain, I think I'd rather be in really great cardio shape before trying to add in creatine again.

    I naturally put on water very easy, it's crazy how fast I can gain weight if I try lol. I was around 207 mark getting leaner, added in the creatine and a week later I'm at 215 again with a lot of water retention, I think I'd be best off avoiding creatine until I'm where I want to be for my cardio.

    Yeah idk the way my body responds weird with water weight, with cardio when Im 205 I can run 10k no problem, when in 215 I have a hard time doing a 5k lol.


    Well everyone responds different to ephedrine, I like adding in ephedrine sometimes with my pre-workout, I do prefer a pre-workout over the caffeine/ephedrine stack because normally you get beta-alanine, cop, agmatine, plantago, citrulline and other goodies that boost the workout.

    Had 1min break inbetween sets, can't believe how pumped I felt after 170x17 and 135x25, my muscles were completely done after that, the pump kept getting stronger, I kept getting weaker as the sets went on lol, muscle failure no doubt! But great workout, love this pre-workout combo.

    My weight is back down a bit, been eating really healthy the last couple days, I'm sure my weight will be around 209-208 tomorrow. On my way to get super lean!

    Felt really good sparring, felt like I was landing very well, dropped this guys 3 times, wasn't trying to be a dick and rip his head off or anything, just landed clean when I punched, landed a nice left hook, straight right and bodyshot that dropped him.

    Damn I felt the endurance being worked during this workout, I went as fast as I could for every set with strict form and no breaks. Resting up today(Thursday), gonna do some boxing tomorrow, hopefully get some sparring in, Satursday I'm gonna get a run and ab workout in. Prob rest up Sunday and hit the gym hard monday for bench, going to a new gym so I'll be able to put on more weight, I've just been working out at my dads the last couple weeks and his weights only go up to 185.

    From doing high sets on bench so far I've been able to increase my 170lb bench from 17 reps to 20 reps, also 135lb bench after that set from 25 reps to 30 reps. Looking like I'm seeing better results, I'm gonna keep with it over the next couple months, but starting monday I'll be putting a up more weight, adding in bands, chains, reverse bands, pause reps ect, w.e it takes to increase my strength.

    Thoughts
    Well the guys at the mma gym talked me into an mma workout, it honestly feels like I never took a day off grappling, I was able to tap the guy out 4 times in 5 min, my strength feels really good for grappling right now. My boxing +G&P are on point with power, just need to focus on leaning out, increasing muscle endurance/cardio and more speed will come.

    I had the mind set over the last year there is no point in me even trying another grappling tourny or try an amatuer mma fight, because my back injury was too much in the way, didn't seem worth it going back to grappling, anyways I did and that lasted 2 weeks before I hurt my back again.

    Well it's been awhile since than now, I'm motivated as hell to try at least 1 amatuer mma fight at 185lb, I want to drop down to 190lb, I'll lose 5 pounds before weigh ins, prob rehydrate up to 193lb. I performed very well tonight and these guys talked me into attempting another go at this. I'm going to make my training pretty much 70% kickboxing, 30% grappling. Not sure when the coach will set a fight up, I'd like to get down to at least 200lb first.... I think this will give me the motivation I need to get in great cardio and lean shape again.

  29. Woke up Sat morning and weight was 205.6lb!!! Woke up today and my weight was 212.2lb LOL.... Carb loaded for a day and a half.. So I got some more water in me for todays bench workout!

    Thanks bro! Well back pain is better without a doubt, but I still get discomfort in my SI Joints and sacrum area. I still need to focus on strengthening my lower back more because it's pretty weak, it did feel a bit sore following the next 2 days of grappling, I'm gonna take it slowly.
