Out for the count with R.E.M. 8.0

Want to start off by giving a big thanks to cswalczakny for giving me the opportunity to log R.E.M. 8.0
I have heard great things about this product, and couldn't wait to try!
I often have a tough time falling asleep at night, so I am really hoping this will make me fall asleep fast and most importantly stay asleep.

last night I took my first packet about 45 min before I went to bed. I took the packet (wasn't aware it was flavored) so I just took the dry powder in my mouth. I will review the flavor next time.
I could defiantly feel the effects kick in while I was watching TV. all the sudden I was super sleepy and could hardly keep my eyes open.
last night I also had some VERY weird dreams. I haven't had weird dreams recently, but I actually do enjoy them. cant wait t see what's to come!

I'm all over this! Some people get vivid dreams others don't its weird. Lol.

well anyways it defiantly works. I can feel it kick in around 20min mark and I cant hardly keep my eyes open.

alright last night I took another dose and once again sleep was amazing. waking up feeling rested and non groggy. only takes about 20min for me to start feeling it once I take it.
I wont be taking it tonight because I will be out most of the night with friends

went to bed at 11 and got up at 5:30 to pee and i was wide awake. laid in bed for another hour and now im here lol

that sucks dude! I thought about taking some the past couple nights because my wife has been sick and waking me up several times. but since she's soooo close to being due to go into labor, I have to be ready for action at a moments notice...

Friday night i took a full dose about 40 min before bed. i feel like it helped me fall asleep faster and i stayed asleep. i also felt pretty energetic throughout the day.

Saturday night i took a half dose and whats weird is i felt SUPER tired all day today. i seriously couldn't stay awake. idk if it was just from working hard all weekend or if the REM 8.0 was still in my system. you wouldn't think so because Friday night i took a full dose and felt great and Saturday night i took a half dose and was tired.

I feel like that if I take more than 1/2 dose. I notice the packet says its 5 grams but I know there's more when I measure it. So I've been taking more than I thought.

this stuff still puts me right to sleep and keeps me asleep. its hit or miss with the energy levels the next day. some days im fine and others im groggy. idk whats up

Sometimes if I'm feeling foggy in the am and I don't have coffee it lasts all day but if I do have coffee I'm right as rain in 20 minutes
