  12. Off day today. Doing some work around the house mostly. Laundry, finishing up the new baby's room, putting the infant car seats in both our vehicles, etc.

    Shít just got real. Lol

    I'll be hitting chest in the morning. Going for heavy sets in the 3-5 range tomorrow to build up my base strength, and more intensive work on dead stops. I may need to pick up some chains to help me too, we'll see how the next couple weeks go. My bench isn't making the same kind of progress my squats and deads are, so I have to fix something.

  17. Really disappointed in my lack of progress on bench. My left shoulder was achy as hell this morning, not sure what I'm doing wrong, but something in my programming and/or technique is really holding me back.

    Chest:

    I'm really not sure what's going on with it, it's worst in my left shoulder. I feel like my form is fine, I've watched vids of my benching and everything looks good, just not too sure. Maybe I've been going too heavy too frequently

    Next time try warming up your shoulder with that exercise I showed you. It's made a huge difference for me. Just do it at gone to with a broom handle or towel. A lot of times just doing warm up bench sets isn't enough to warm your shoulders up

  38. I wanted to extend another big thank you to everyone at BPS for the chance to run DCP2.0 for this log, I obviously love the stuff since I bought a second bottle and extended my run! I'm going to be transferring over to my new log now:

    Swanks and SNS get PCT right complete with X-Gels yeah!

    I couldn't say anything before until I got my sn changed for he sake of anonymity, but I'm almost at the end of a test cycle now and will be logging my PCT there, and I have a very interesting PCT stack going on.

    Please note that this was NOT my first cycle, and I've been on for quite a while so it in no way skewed my findings about DCP. I know my body very well, and I know how my diet effects my body comp and training on cycle and off. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that DCP 2.0 is absolutely BEYOND effective and I will continue to use it whenever I can. IDK if budget will allow for me to run it year round, but I would if I could, believe me.

    I hope all of you will continue to follow me in my new log, but for any that don't, thanks for following this one and go out and get yourselves some of this stuff, it's definitely worth trying!
