  2. I was going to wait until after my workout to post but I had to throw a post in now! I just mixed up my raspberry lemon rage SUPP-D and I somewhat followed the mixing directions, I put 1 scoop in 10oz of water and the taste was good and strong so I filled my shaker almost full with water and all I have to say is the flavor is amazing! It tastes just like a flavored water packet you put in your bottled water! It doesn't taste like a supplement at all! Two thumbs up NLA on the flavoring, with all the supplements that I've tried this takes number 1!

  3. Ok, one word for my initial impression for supp-d, WOW!

    I took one level scoop and within ten min I could feel that stim head buzz, not over powering but just right. All the way through my workout I had the cleanest energy I have ever experienced! It's almost two hrs since my workout ended and I still have the same clean energy. I am not sensitive to stims at all, I can handle a lot so just having one scoop totally surprised me with the amount of energy I got.

    My workout today was chest

    Flat DB twist press
    4 sets with 85's x 10 reps per set

    Incline BB press
    4 sets x 185 x 10 reps per set

    Flat BB bench-ss-feet elevated stretch push-ups(my hands are elevated on handles about a ft off the ground and my chest goes lower than my hands with a 2 sec pause at the bottom then explode up)
    4 sets x 185 x 15 reps per set-ss-15 push-ups

    Incline DB hammer grip press( keeping elbows tight to the sides)-ss-feet elevated stretch push-ups( same as last ss but instead of my feet being on a stable bench they are on a big exercise ball for instability)

    I normally go a lot heavier on these but with supp-d I was In the zone and just kept wanting to go go go! So I kept the weight a little lower cause rest periods were super short. Another great thing was the pump! My chest was rock hard and full to the max! The line down the center of my chest was perfectly defined. So for my initial impression I have to say supp-d is a winner. I will definitely be buying this!

    Hmm havent tried diluting it. I like having as little solvent as possible, like even when jack3d was big I would mix 3 scoops in like 4-5 ounces of water and mix it forever til it was good.

    Seems interesting though if I need to study or something!

    I'm not a big fan of full flavored drinks so 1 scoop of supp-d with 10oz of water was strong for me. That's why I filled up the shaker up and it was one on the best flavors I've ever had!(not including supplements) I love flavored water packets or that liquid that you squeeze in water and this is better than any of those!

    Totally understand. I know a lot of my friends drink as little as possible before a workout but I will normally drink a full shaker of water mixed with a pre w/o and it suits me just fine. You and Your company NLA have got yourself a bada$$ pre w/o on your hands there!

  9. Day 2 was shoulders. I was looking forward when I woke up to drink this! The focus on this product is amazing and the intensity just to keep working out is great! I've never had a pre w/o perform like this. My rest periods sometimes were 5-10 sec. It was a great workout

    Everything was 4 sets

    Seated BB press-ss-low incline rear delt raises
    155x10-ss-10lb DB x 25

    Standing heavy lateral raises/swings
    55lb DB x 12

    Incline bench DB hang & swings( lay face down on incline bench and just swing heavier DB's outward)
    55lb DB x 12

    Seated DB lateral raises
    20lb x 12

    6 ways( seated lat raises that convert in a front raise and then back down equals 1 rep)
    10lb DB x 8

    Standing BB over and backs( pressing the BB over your head to the back of your neck and back to the front equals 1 rep)
    95lb x 8

    Standing super wide BB presses( grip the BB all the way at where the weights stop) super hard, don't need much weight!
    65lb x 10 reps

    Shoulder were burning like crazy after this! Only the second day but this pre w/o is great!

  10. Started drinking supp-d around 6:15, it is now 10:15 and I'm still energized! Clean energy like crazy! Stuff is great. It was back day and supp-d had me sweating and focused. I'm leaning out already from these shorter rest periods. I'm at 9-10% body fat so every little bit is noticed. Had a great workout, I'll post it this afternoon

    1arm DB dead stops( row with a pause at the bottom, I don't rest the DB on the ground, I let it hang for a good stretch)
    100x8
    Hammer grip pull-ups(body weight)
    12 reps
    Wide grip pull-ups(body weight)
    8 reps
    Inverted wide grip rows
    10 reps
    DB pullovers-ss-DB shrugs with a 3 sec pause at the top
    55x8-ss-55'sx14
    Incline DB rows(lay face down on an incline bench)-ss-BB shrugs with a 3 sec pause at the top
    25'sx15-ss-135x12
    Reverse hyperextensions(1 giant set)
    60 reps
    Deadlifts
    225x8
    Normal hyperextensions(1 giant set)
    50 reps

    Done, sweating like crazy and had a great pump! I am leaning out nicely with this supp-d! These short rest periods are great! Even though I'm not lifting the heavy weights that I normally do the workout are intense and just keep going there really are no breaks. The two super sets that I did, I just kept going back and fourth between both workouts until all four sets were done, no rest. I love me some supp-d! Best pre w/o I've tried to date!

  12. Today was legs and the workout intense. Very short rest periods and sweating like crazy!

    Everything 4 sets

    Lying leg curls
    90x10

    Stiff BB deadlifts
    275x8

    Squats
    Set 1-135x12
    Set 2-185x11
    Set 3/4-225x8

    Hack squats
    185x12

    Deep BB squats(a$$ to floor)
    135x10

    Leg ext-ss-stiff 45lb plate deadlifts(hold plate flat like your placing it on the floor)
    135x15-ss-20 reps

    For everyone who hasn't tried Supp-D needs to! It totally surprised me, I knew it was a good pre w/o but I never knew it was this good. I love the way it makes me feel while working out. The energy lasts almost all morning, and it's very smooth, no crash what so ever. NLA has a customer for life!

    Nice, I feel the same way. Meadows tells you to pause and rest the DB on the ground but I felt I got more out of it by letting it hang and give my back a good stretch.

  15. Ok Friday was arms and man did I get a good pump! I am leaning out really well on Supp-d, I like this product a lot!

    Workout: everything was 4 sets

    Cross body hammer curls-ss-bench dips with feet on workout ball
    50lb DB's x 12 reps-ss-25 reps

    Preacher curls-ss-dips (body weight)
    90 x 12-ss-15 reps

    BB curls-ss-incline skull crushers
    90 x 12-ss-75 x 12

    Seated DB curls-ss-overhead DB ext
    35's x 12-ss-35's x x12

    Spider curls-ss-ez close grip press-ss-ez reverse curls
    50 x 10-ss-75 x 15-ss-75 x 10

    I do have to say that this is my new favorite pre w/o! Great amount of energy and its super clean.

  18. I switch up arm workouts a lot. Before this I was just doing biceps until done then go to triceps with no super setting.

    I sure you use Supp-d and was just wondering if it leaned you out as well? In a week of eating clean and lifting I dropped 5lbs.

  21. Today was chest and Everything was 4 sets. I am still on one slightly rounded scoop and it works just great, no need to use anymore. It provides the perfect amount of energy for me.

    Flat DB press with twist
    85x12
    95x10
    95x9
    100x8

    Incline BB press
    205x10 for all sets

    Flat BB press-ss-feet elevated stretch push-ups( hands are elevated on handles which allows your chest to go further down)
    185x15-ss-15 reps
    225x8 for last 3 sets-ss-10 reps

    Incline DB hammer grip press(keeping your elbows tucked into your sides)-ss-same stretch push-ups as above but feet on an exercise ball instead of stable bench
    55's x 10-ss-10 reps

    Chest was pumped up nice and super defined! I look forward to working out with Supp-d just cause it gets you in that zone! I woke up at 5am with one of my boys and couldn't go back to bed cause I was too excited to slam the Supp-d and start my workout!

    The two sets of 120's at the end was a new PR! Lately just my last set is 120's!

    Wide grip pull-ups-ss-DB shrugs with 3 sec pause at top

    Hammer grip pull-ups-ss-BB shrugs with 3 sec pause at top
    12-ss-135x15

    Inverted wide grip row-ss-DB pullovers
    10-ss-55's x 10

    Incline bench rows
    25's x 15 - I would do 15 reps and then count 15 sec and then start the next set. Non stop fun!
    Reverse hypers
    15 reps per set then count 15 sec and then start the next set

    Hyper ext
    Same as reverse hypers

    Deadlifts
    225x8
    6 sets of 275x6 reps with 20 sec rests in between Sweating a little bit there.

  26. Ok first things first, i absolutely love this pre w/o, it is my favorite I've ever taken right now! Today was legs and I did something different that I do every once in a while. I take all my lifts and drop the weight and all negatives are 5 sec. and did 4 sets of everything.
    Workout went like this

    Lying leg curl
    90x8

    Leg ext
    90x15

    Squat
    135x8

    Hack squat
    135x8

    BB stiff deads
    135x12

    Then I did two sets of front squats, ass to floor with 5 sec negatives
    135x8

    Legs were burning like crazy and super pumped! I like switching up workouts often, makes everything more fun.

  27. Ok today was arms and boy I got a good pump from this one! All sets are very slow and controlled with most of my negatives at 3 sec. Everything was 4 sets.

    Incline hammer curls-ss-bench dips with feet on exercise ball
    35's x 12-ss-20 reps I did these with no rest in between sets

    Preacher curls-ss-body weight dips
    90x12-ss-12 reps

    BB curls-ss-reverse grip ez bar overhead tricep ext
    95x10-ss-75x10 I did these with no rest in between sets

    Seated DB curls-ss-1 arm DB over head ext.
    25's x 12-ss-25's x 10 I did these with no rest in between sets

    Big triple set Incline DB spider curls-ss-ez bar close grip press(lower the bar to your chin, it hits those tri's way harder)-ss-ez bar reverse grip curls
    25's x 12-ss-75x12-ss-75x10

    Arms were SWOLE baby!
