  3. So its looking like Atlantic States show in NYC next month June 8th then Team Universe July 5-6 top 2 per class get that Pro Status!!!!!!

    Still loving the volume workouts.. trying to get some growth between shows and increasig my expenditure so I can eat more make prep more comfortable especially with multiple shows

    Macros for the day 300p/250c/60f

    close grip bench ss DB curls 10x10

    v bar pressdowns ss cable ez bar curls 3x15

    Lateral raises 10 reps on the minute for 10 minutes 100 reps total
    DB press 10 reps on the minute 10 minutes 100 reps total
    Shrugs 10 reps on the minute 10 minutes 100 reps total

    arms and shoulders are destroyed driving home hurt

    PM cardio 10 HIIT 30 LISS stepmill

  5. Looking good Matty. Volume workouts are nice. Definitely useful for my cut. Can't wait to cut later but I am loving the workouts as well. Started getting better few days ago.

    So i think im about 2 weeks into MSTENrx and things ive noticed

    1) no water gain
    2) strength up
    3) endurance up
    4) between set recovery accelerated my workout intensity is crazy

    incline bench superset with weighted wide grip pullups 10 sets of ten
    DB flat bench superset with barbell rows 3 sets of 12
    cable flys ( most muscular stlye) ss with cable rows FST-7 style

    cardio LISS AM and HIIT/LISS PM

    leg press low and close 6 plates a side 50 reps only rest was a spot at the knees
    walking lunges 100ea leg
    leg extensions fst-7 stlye

    pressdowns ss with cable curls 3 x12 no rest
    side raises 10 reps on the minute 10minutes

    No pct for me bro. I would say go with serm though if your going to. I like clomid 100/50/25/25

    Im not really a fan of erase i prefer exemastane for an AI. But thats just me and erase or AD3 should be fine. Inbox me for more details

    So my thoughts on PCT....this is a very conservative forum when it comes to PH and steroid use so ill be brief. If i needed to come off for health reasons or or some other factor causing me to come off i would pct. I dont see the point of going through the pct process only to just jump back on cycle again.   19. Still Steady increase in strength, zero bloat or water retention and zero sides overall (none were expected) all major lifts up today. cheat meal yesterday and off day for wife bday. Lats one till after the Atlantics. Had some fried seafood and ice cream looked shredded as hell this morning and that Ice cream pump was ridiculous.

    incline barbell ss with weighted wide grip pull ups 10x10
    DB Flat bench ss with Barbell rows 4x12-15
    Cable flys ss with Cable rows fst7 style

    Ill tell her bro thanks. Food was great i had some junk on show day. Waffles with maple.syrup before prejudging then a fat ass burger and fries.before.night show and chinese.food after. But we had some fried seafood yeaterday was fahking awesome....... Had some crazy ass ice.cream.pumps today too.

    squats 20 reps warm up then 10x10 (vicious back pump at 8th set first one of cycle subsided after about 20 minutes....forgot my taurine this morning)

    Leg press low and narrow 10 reps on the minute for 10 minutes

    walking lunges 100 reps per leg

    leg extensions FST-7 style

    Macros today 300/200/80
