    Destroying Fat with Finaflex Pro Xanthine 500

    April 22nd 2013 marked my first day using Finaflex Xanthine Pro 500.
    My stats are as follows:
    - WEIGHT: 199LBS
    - HEIGHT: 6 FT 1 IN
    - BMI: 20%
    - WAIST MEASURMENT:36 IN
    - HIPS: 40 IN
    - CHEST: 42 IN
    - BI- LATERAL BICEPS: 16IN
    - NECK: 16 IN

    My goals are to reach a body fat percentage of about 10- 15%, to obtain that shredded look. Also with lower body fat my "atheletic performance" should increase in regards of running and so forth. I am also using a multi-vitamin, fish oil, BCAA, lean protein shakes, and using N.O. for a pre- workout. My diet has changed significatly in more lean proteins such as shakes, baked chicken and fish. Less starches and no more fast food which requires more planning on my part due to my crazy work schedule and extended time periods away from home. I have successfully cut out soft drinks which I was consuming about 3-4 , 20 ounce bottles a day. When it comes to working out I plan to increase the intesity and time frame of my Cardio days.

    DAY 2: 23 April 2013

    I have decided to only take one pill daily for this first week simply because of the effectiveness of the appetite supression of FinaFlex. I have noticed also that my mood has been "enhanced" meaning that I am more focused throughout the day as well as motivitated to tackle any workout I can conjour up. I can also say that I have NOT expierenced any shakes or jittery sensations, but I do use FinaFlex as my Pre- workout as well.

    This day was a Cardio day. I ran 3 miles, with one mile on the road and the last two were ran on wooded trail with slopes and hills. I then finished it with 3 sets of 10 Burpees, 5 Pull- ups, and 15 BW Squats, immediately after the run to keep my heartrate up.

    I love this stuff as a pre-workout. I have taken N.O. Explode it tends to make me jittery, as well as C4 that tends to make me itch for awhile before and after my workout. But with Finaflex I am more focused on my reps and form plus I have more drive to push past the "burn".

    Flat DB Press: 55lbs x 20 reps
    Seated Overhand Grip Cable Rows: 4 sets x 15 reps 110 lbs
    Cable Tricep Pushdowns ( straight bar) 4 sets x 15 reps 70 lbs
    DB Shrugs: ( 2 sec holds) 3 x 15 130lbs
    DB Lateral Raises: 3 x 15 30lbs
    Barbell Complex: ( Deadlifts, Bent Rows, Hang Cleans, Push Press, Back Squat) 2 sets x 10 reps 145 lbs Rest 90 secs between sets.

    DB Squat Jumps, holding 10lbs DB's 4 sets x 6 reps
    Deadlifts 170 lbs x 8 reps, 195 lbs x 6 reps, 205 x 4 reps
    45 Degree Back Raises 45 lb plate over chest 3 sets x 15 reps
    Seated MBTwists ( feet off the ground) 3 sets x 20 ea side with 20 lb MB
    1 Mile Run for time: 7:15
    I have to say after this workout routine and FinaFlex combination, I feel the BF% dropping by the minute. Going to wait till the end of week 2 to do a weigh- in because with the weightlifting I don't expext a significant drop in weight due to muscle gained, I hope to see some abbage very soon.

    Those workouts look excellent. Good numbers on the deads too.

    I'm sure there is some good recomp going on. Although Xanthine doesn't really promote muscle gain with the extra boost pre workout I'm sure the lifting is more intense so those muscles are growing

    I plan to start my 2 pill a day cycle in the following morning since my body has adjusted to the FinaFlex, I still feel the appetite suppression and mood enhancement just need that little extra later on in the day since they have become longer... 5 am to 1 am and longer.

    I like the workout and the plan to up the dose. Speaking the two doses throughout the day will give that extra appetite suppression as well as energy. Make sure to not take the last supper too close to bed time or you will be trying to do sit ups in your sleep

    5 mile run with a mixture of 200m to 300m sprinting and jogging to trick the body between fat burn / cardio endurance training.

    Tomorrow will be a two a day workout winning!!
