April 22nd 2013 marked my first day using Finaflex Xanthine Pro 500.
My stats are as follows:
- WEIGHT: 199LBS
- HEIGHT: 6 FT 1 IN
- BMI: 20%
- WAIST MEASURMENT:36 IN
- HIPS: 40 IN
- CHEST: 42 IN
- BI- LATERAL BICEPS: 16IN
- NECK: 16 IN
My goals are to reach a body fat percentage of about 10- 15%, to obtain that shredded look. Also with lower body fat my "atheletic performance" should increase in regards of running and so forth. I am also using a multi-vitamin, fish oil, BCAA, lean protein shakes, and using N.O. for a pre- workout. My diet has changed significatly in more lean proteins such as shakes, baked chicken and fish. Less starches and no more fast food which requires more planning on my part due to my crazy work schedule and extended time periods away from home. I have successfully cut out soft drinks which I was consuming about 3-4 , 20 ounce bottles a day. When it comes to working out I plan to increase the intesity and time frame of my Cardio days.
