  1. What an evening. Crushed arms. In 1 hr I was sweaty vascular and warn out.

    My arms were so blown up from the carb load it was insane. Pics to prove it.

    Start with biceps:

    2 sets 15-20 reps each arm db curl
    Get the blood flowing

    Preacher curl: 4 sets heavy 5-8 reps
    1 drop set 10-12 reps

    2 sets db curl 15 reps each arm

    Incline bench barbell curls- 5 set 5-8 reps

    Single arm isolation hammer curl- 3x10
    Hit the brachialis sp not sure.

    Lying skull crushers and reverse bench press ss 5x10 ech

    Over hear tricep press db- 5x8-10

    Revers grip pull downs with rope curls 3x10 each

    Push downs ss with reverse curls 3x 8-10 each

    Chin ups

    Time to leave for soccer.

  2. Back again.

    Starting today with my coach to get ready for next show.
    Should be a breeze. Diet starts Monday, but carbs will remain high to keep size on and maximize my rebound. All carbs will be around my workout. Cardio will be 4 times a week 30 min each.

    Today I will be working out solo for shoulders. Going to give those delts a hurting and bring back in some upper chest at the end.

    Then finish with 45 min cardio. Oh yeah.

    Tomorrow, I will have an early session with a client and he's a beast so it should be a blast. We're hitting back with a new routine for him but one I ve used for a while. I will bring in striatus and finish with some deads and shrugs. Should be a good 1.5-2 hr routine.

    My diet today will be pretty damn clean. 125 carbs 250g protein and 30g fat. So only about 1800 cals.

    Tomorrow, it will be a high carb day. I planned it that way. Not only killing back, but we are having a pizza party for my sons b day. And I haven't had pizza in about 4 months. So I will probably eat about 1/2 post workout. Lol. I will make sure to do some night time cardio after the party. Probably go for an hour walk, son is getting a new bigger bike and for sure he will want to go ride it.

  4. Wow you go low cals ... I am at 2250 and 2 weeks out getting ultra shredded. I'm an endo too.. at least I used to be, now I'm just a freak

    I am pretty active though that really factors in as well. I walk about 60K a week just commuting. Oherwise I would be lower too.

    Yeah. Today very low on cals. My normal is the 2200-2500 mark for maintenance. But since yesterday I flooded some sugar in and tomorrow pizza I needed to balance a bit. Also keeps the metabolism hopping around.

    Tomorrow will be around 3000 cals due to a beastly workout and sins b day. He will make me have a try of all his sweets. We aren't doing a cake but cookies instead. So he will force one on me.

    My macro goals are 300 300 60 for tomorrow. About 500-600 over maintnance. Where I was about 400 under today. May e even 500.

    But that's is. Back to the grind for 6-7 weeks and peak week. Should lean out fast with a nice diet.

    I can really feel the PX black right now, just woke up took the PX black, got a little bit of food in me just enough to cover my sups. Now going to hit the gym, feeling really good, I mean really good.

    One thing for sure is my mood has been great. I have been very happy and talkative lately. Good thing. A lot of times I just want to be left alone and shy away from people to focus on me. But as of late, everyone has said how happy I seem.

    You really cant beat the mood enhancement of PX Black. It really shines in that aspect IMO.

  10. Today, I had to get up early to go train, it was a shoulder routine for a bb client. Added a few new exercises to his knowledge bank.


    Reverse over head press arms in front. (Hits the front delt nicely)

    Added some lateral delt exercises. He is maturing nicely. Starting to cap but needs to keep the side growing with the front delt.

    Reverse incline bench- as a finisher.

    My back was hurting from yesterday while trying to teach form.

    Yes I have done some calorie cycling too. It wasn't till I was 8 weeks out Steve insisted I get more steady with the cals and started just cycling the carbs which worked shockingly well. I used to diet more like this but when I went IF I got away from it. I can only be this strict in contest prep so it's back to IF after I am done to maintain a lean physique.

    It's really very good for endo types who can maintian by eating very large meals. Fasting is not hard for me under normal circumstances, now that I am pretth shredded, I wiouldn't want to try...

  16. Got off work this morning at 6 am and I has to run to Daytona to meet with a buddy and trade off some supps.

    Got back about 10- 1030. Went to sleep about 11am. Slept till 2pm. Got up and had to go do a chest workout with a first time client.

    Incline db press- 1 warm up, 5 sets of 5-8
    Champaigns- incline db press with weights touching- 3 sets 10
    Hammer strength chest press flat- 3 sets 12
    Hammer strength decline press- 3 x 10
    Chest fly- superseted with modified version till failure. 3 sets
    Weighted Dips- 45lbs 5 sets failure super setted with close grip push up.

    Calves- standing calve raise
    Calves- seated hack squat calve raises
    All till failure

    30 min stair stepper.

    Diet consisted of about 200-225 carbs. About 250g protein, and 45g fat so far. 1 more meal left.

    Thinking chicken breat and broccoli and calling it a day.

  18. Just finished fasted cardio. Felt great. No fatigue. I took 2 PX black and 2 ALC CLA on an empty stomach. Only followed with Endurance BCAA also two servings.

    I was hesitant because I normally eat after taking PX Black. But there was no ill sides. I felt terrific and energetic. No shakes, upset stomach or any other sides when taken fasted with BCAA. That's a huge plus.

    That is a major plus. I really have felt great since starting PX Black. It has really set my mood to a "feel good" all day kinda guy. I have steady energy, good moods, long intense workouts, good recovery, no bodily issues, no sides.

    The creatine has been great, the PX Black has been beyond great in the area of mood and energy support, focus had been adequate to say the least. My weight is slowly rising as a result of creatine, but leaness is the same. I have heard from plenty of people how lean I look. Very surprising come off of comp a week ago.

    I will do a two week eval comming up with photos.

    When I did IF as a trial just to see what the hype was about, I turned into a BCAA drinking a$$ hole all morning till about 2 where I would over eat my 1st meal. I just wanted food so bad.

    I'd also piss every 10 min from all the liquid I took on each morning. I would drink water 28oz shaker BCAA 28oz shaker back and forth till 2. Probably 6 shakers or more each morning.

    bastardization of the whole idea abounds..combined with LG (uggh), it is popular because ppl think they can eat whatever they want - so long as they fit things in a nice tidy little timeframe or within certain set amount of macros

    imo, these "protocols" have set the understanding of dieting, and the industry in general, backwards by ~20yrs

    mark my words - the fad and the hype will pass at some point..
    cannot come soon enuff for me

    Oh i completely agree. I tried it due to the fact that my appetite gets rediculous and usualy when i hit up one big meal my appetite reduces. Not only was i miserable the first half of the day, i looked like crap haha.

  25. Great day so far.


    Woke up, took my supps and ate a small meal, pre gym. Ate 1/2 cup oats with Splenda and 5 oz chicken

    Went to gym alone with pandora and my headset. Hammered out an epic arm workout. Muscle were so full and big. Veins every where.

    So many comment about how big I look right now.

    Creatine is starting to volumize cells. I look much fuller then a few days ago. I actually look big.
