First off I wanna give a huge thanks to VaughnTrue and iForce Nutrition!! This is the perfect way to start my cut for summer. I will be keeping my diet around 2000 calories a day, keeping macros at 60/20/20 p/c/f. Going with the typical foods....lean protein, veggies, bananas, and whole grains. I train 6 days a week and will be upping my cardio to 4 days a week. My main goal is to get to single digit bf by summer.

Day 1
Took one cap 45 mins before breakfast.
My initial reaction?? Wow!! Talk about feeling the thermo! I was very red and shaky so I ate a good breakfast and hit the gym. Finally after about 25 minutes into it the shaky feeling stopped.
I took another cap at 4 after I got off work and again got very red and shaky. I also had a pounding headache. I think I'll stick with one a day until I get used to it.

Ya it's proving that way for me too. Still feeling shaky and have a headache and it's been almost 4 hours since I took the second pill.

Day 2
Had a little trouble falling asleep but once I did I slept great. Took 1 cap this morning 30 minutes before breakfast. Started getting red and shaky again but it seems to be tapering off. I'm thinking maybe I should eat sooner than the recommended 30 minutes after dosing.

Took the night off from the gym. Stuck with just the one pill today. Weight is 186. Calories today were 1800 had to work a 10 hr shift so I was really able to limit them.

Well I'm not sure bit I think this may be too much of a stim for me. Going to be trying half a pill over the next few days to see.

both the OG and v2 provide quite the stim kick.....i typically never took more than 3/4 of a tab of them at once :p

Ya the stim kick is much more than I anticipated. I tried 1/2 a pill today and that seems to be the sweet spot for now.

Went with just cardio today. I'm doing HIIT for now as I get a great sweat going, and it really gets my heart pumping.

Heavy bag
1 min on 30 seconds off for 10 mins

Jump rope
2 on 1 off for 12 mins

Burpees
1 on 30 sec off for 10 mins

I was definitely sweating more than normal today. Had plenty of energy to push through!

I wonder if taking it with some peanut butter or something like that might help with the harsh initial sides?

Half cap again with breakfast. Slight headache again and did get a little shaky. Ate a bowl of plain oatmeal with raisins and 2 bananas and felt better.

Trained legs and core today and going back in a few to train shoulders.

Bike
Fat burner mode level 6 for 2 minutes then level 8 for 13 minutes. Average hr 163
Stair climber level 6 for 2 minutes then level 8 for 5 minutes. Skipping a step each time. Not sure what my avg hr was as I think that part was broken. It said it averaged 183 but that can't be right.

im guessing you have one of the stairmasters that is sort of like an escalator right? those things can be brutalllll. i swear, when i used to do that with vaughn for cardio 12 minutes on that thing felt like 45 minutes on a treadmil haha

Ya it's just like an escaltor, and my legs were frickin toast when I was done. I wanted to do 15 minutes but my legs said, "Um nope!" lol

Got a blizzard going on here. Kicked us out of the gym even. Wanted to train chest and get some more cardio in but mother nature decided against it lol. Did get a good chest day in though. Went a little lighter again and really focused on the negatives.

I use to do that at LA fitness, if you skip every other set with 30lb dumbells in hand, its like walking lunges!!

Just had a great cardio workout shoveling a path through 5 ft drifts. Heart rate was 153 when I finished. Gym of course is closed again today maybe I will go see who else needs help getting out!
