Thank a TON to Dewey and Applied Nutraceuticals for sending me out this 25 cap trial size of their new pre-workout, Uncut! I've been hearing great reviews so far, so I'm thrilled to give it a go myself!

Tomorrow will be day 1 with it, and it's leg day! So we'll see if this passes muster right away!

You starting with 2 caps? I love 3, but it's always best to start at a lower dosage and work your way up.

It's leg day! Go big or go home!! I'm going to hit up 3 caps, and then probably back it down to 2 for thursday's back workout to see the difference

Legs today!

squats BWx10, 125x10, 175x8, 325x3-320x4(+1)-315-4, 275x6-6-6(+2), 265x7(+1), 225x12(+2)-12(+2)
lying leg curls: 25x10-10, 50x10, 95x11-11-9(+1) (3 sec eccentrics)
leg extension: 97.5(+2.5)x22-22-22(+2) (3 sec eccentric)
standing BB calf raises: BWx15, 215(+10)x17-15-15, 45(+10)x35

Feeling some extra in me so I did some skull crushers: 45x20, 65x20-20

This was my first time dosing AppNut's Uncut pwo. I took 3 caps and drank my usual 1 scoop Endurance BCAA and 1g LCLT. Here's my first impression:

Energy 8/10 (higher is not always better, depends on what you need on a particular day) on leg day I always go with extra stim and this didn't let me down at all! Energy took me straight through.

Focus 8/10 was pretty dialed in during sets but my attention wandered a little toward the end of the workout in between sets when I walk it out. I was getting distracted looking at the AM forum (of course) and went a few seconds over on my rest a few times. no big deal though

Endurance 9/10 was able to add an extra 2 reps to both of my high rep squat sets which is nice, especially since I increased that weight by 10lbs last week. So compared to 2 weeks ago I'm now at 225x12-12 vs 215x10-10 I would say thats a nice increase.

Pump 5/10 I found the pump somewhat lacking here, but then again it was leg day. Even so, I think I will add my typical 1g agmatine back in on thursday when I hit back/abs.

I did experience some slight nausea right in the last 10 minutes of my session today. Not sure I would blame the Uncut, but we'll see if it recurs on thursday!

Overall so far so good, this seems like a really solid pwo. I will dose 2 caps on thursday and break them open into my BCAA mix to get the effect faster.
