Ah sorry for the lack of updates, school has been getting in the way here. But I had a hypertrophy lower today and I woke up at 9, popped 2 scoops ofinto my shaker and head to the gym. This workout was . Literally, too much volume I felt. I got home and felt sick to my stomach, head to class and literally had to leave because I felt dizzy and Like I was about to throw up all over my desk. I dont know if it was due to power max or what but it was horrible.
Right now I just feel 100% lethargic, head ache, and drowsy. Ah man, I'm not sure what brought about this feeling, might have been to much volume but damn it was a good workout. I did workout faste with BCAAs but that usually doesnt make my stomach hurt as much as it did.
May have to take a rest day tomorrow but we'll see how it goes..
