Get it!!! I can't wait to take prodigy for the first time ever today!
Honestly man It's pretty bitter so be ready. It's giving me a ton of energy though. Good taste though for sure

This is odd,I have tried all flavors and kind of like them all myself,it does have a kind of chemical taste though.

so this morning, I woke up at 4:00 took Prodigy at 430 and had my preworkout meal. Today was back day. As soon as I got to the gym I could feel the pwo starting to kick in. got a little case of the tingles nothing drastic. I had a ton of energy and could have done more but I ran out of time and had to go to work. I am going to do my cardio at lunch today.

So after I took the Thermadex, about 30 minutes in, I could really feel it starting to work. I took it around 8:30. My core started to heat up and my hands and feet got really cold. I got a little case of the shakes.

I went to the gym at lunch and hit the treadmill for 20min and the stationary bike for around 6 or so. I jogged and walked (at a fast pace) in 2 minute intervals. I know I am not in good cardio shape but man was I sweating like a little b****.

After this I hopped in the shower and by the time I got out, I no longer had the shakes but my extremities were still pretty cold. Its starting to wear off now though.

Glad the thermadex is working for you. Not so much for me. Probably start taking two a day tomorrow

yea I think I will be sticking with the one a day. atleast until I build my tolerance up!

I'm at two now. Plus one scoop prodigy before evening workout. And I can still pass the fug out at night. Can u say stim junkie?!!'

My ham's and quads are shot. I dont feel like I even did that much on leg day. I guess combining it with the cardio really works nicely!


I will be up-ing my cardio for the following weeks to shred some poundage.

Two solid workouts man. How is the thermadex treating you, I think my body had gotten used to it and there is no longer any uncomfortable feelings after taking it.
yea I think I am starting to adapt to it as well. Yesterdays dose wasn't as bad as the first day. I wasn't sweating as much while at work but once I hit some cardio, I was drenched. It has been messing with my stomach a little bit but nothing to significant.

I am waiting 30min or so for the rest of the Prodigy to get out of my system and I will be taking today's dose.

Did a killer cardio session this morning. Treadmill on incline job and walk for 30 min. Plus stair stepper for 11min at level 18..


Also did my arm workout from yesterday since I over slept.


Will post when I have access to a pc.

Fuk it bro. You gotta start somewhere! Seriously though it helps show yourself how important diet is for transforming the body. I'm always surprised by the number if people that seek advice for a ph or test cycle and say they've been lifting for years and they've reached their genetic potential. Then you see what they're talking about and its like, no bro, no you haven't, you are not even close because you've never trained RIGHT. You can slam away in the gym all you damn well please but if you don't track your diet you will never get where you want to be. Take Luke and EB for example. Natural builders with great physique. Sure it took a lot of time in the gym but without the right diet they'd just look like your average dude that can put up big numbers. I hope I'm not coming off the wrong way. Take the pics. They will help you step up your game and keep you accountable

Def man. Take the pics. When I first started years ago I felt like the biggest fat slob but it's the only way to make those changes man. I was posting my sloppy fat pics on bodybuilding.com Bodyspace. And I saw the progress month after month and it helped a lot. Now I post pics of me way leaner and still feel like a fat boy lol. We are always striving to get better but we have to start somewhere.

You have the hoist machine at your gym also ? How do you like it ? It feels a little weird to me. We have several for legs and also a lat pulldowns one.

ok guys getting back into the groove of it. been feeling pretty tired... libido is good. Still forcing myself to eat my smaller 6 meals a day....

slacked a little on the cardio yesterday but I am going to make up for it today!
