It's ok Capt! We both have one of those 90 to 0 lives. I don't know how we can juggle what we already do. I got my 3rd lil boy on the way and I don't know what Ima do. Keep focussed and try to get you some rest. Rest will help you revive and come back swinging.

Tonight at the gym was just plain horrible. I had no drive, no energy and no focus. Kept the weights light and got through it. The only bad workout is the one that didn't happen. 10 minutes on treadmill to start then into back and biceps.

    DB curls to warm up - 20 lb x 10, 30 lb x 10, 40 lb x 10
    21s - 55 lbs
    Preacher curls - 55 lbs x 10 for 3 sets
    Seated cable rows - 85x10, 115x10, 135x10
Lat pulldowns (in front and behind head) - 95x10, 115x10, 135x10
    Deadlifts - 115x15, 135x10, 185x10
    21s - 55lbs
10 minutes on the stationary bike to close out.
Exactly. You still got it in and it doesn't look half bad. Good job Capt. You will kill it next time.

    Thanks guys.

Tonight was just as bad as last night. Absolutely no energy at all. After tomorrow, I have three days off from work so I'll probably take a day or two off from the gym and see if I can recharge my batteries. I honestly do not remember ever feeling this lethargic.

    10 minutes on treadmill
BB overhead press (warmup) bar x 10
    Front plate raise - 45x10
    Side lateral raises - 20x10, 30x8, 35x8
    Shrugs - 135x10, 225x10, 295x10
BB overhead press - 95x10, 135x5 This is the point that I was just completely spent and had nothing left to give.. Grabbed my gear from the locker and left, feeling completely dejected and exhausted beyond what I can explain.

It's that time ya'll. Halfway point update.

Since I didn't think it would be a good workout Friday night, I didn't bother to take a notepad with me to write down what I did. But it was one of the best workouts I've ever had. Saturday night, I finally gave in and went to Planet Fitness with my gf. She'd been bugging me to go there with her since she joined. I did 30 minutes of cardio on the bike and treadmill. I'll stick to my hardcore gym though. Checked measurements earlier and they're all pretty much the same, small increases here and there but not enough to really note yet. My weight is still holding steady at 205 even though I can tell that I've leaned out some.

I just started the second bottle. You could run one bottle for a 4 week cycle or two bottles for an 8 week cycle. Of course, the 8 week cycle is your best bet to see benefits. I haven't checked the bf% as of yet. I can definitely tell a bit of a difference in the mirror though to know that I've lost some bf.

    Are you ready?

Monday night went in to the gym with one mission.. To make my arms grow or fall off in the process. Well, they are still attached so that's a good sign. Decided to mix things up and work bis and tris. Didn't record weights, but went as heavy as I could manage and took all sets to failure (with the exception of 21s).

    Cable curls - 3 sets
DB Concentration curls - 3 sets
DB Hammer curls - 3 sets
    21s - 3 sets
    Tricep pressdowns - 3 sets
DB tricep extension - 3 sets
    Skullcrushers - 3 sets
    Dips - 3 sets

    Took Tuesday and Wednesday off.

    Tonight: Shoulders
    20 minutes on bike
BB overhead press (warmup) bar x 25
    Front plate raise - 45x10 3 sets
    Side lateral raises - 25x10, 35x10, 40x8
Shrugs - 135x15, 225x12, 315x10 (Went to pick up the 315 and the whole freaking squat/lunge machine came off the floor..LOL. That was interesting)
    BB overhead press - 95x10, 115x10, 135x8
    Lying rear delt raise - 25x10, 30x10, 35x8

Weight is still holding dead on 205, but I continue to see that I'm leaning out some.

With that said..How about a little audio/visual presentation.

Sooo... Had some good quality family time this weekend. Went to Moose Knuckles MMA Pub & Grill last night and watched the UFC PPV. That Hendricks/Condit fight was insane and GSP just showed why he is the best. Tonight, I had to get back in there and work legs. How did that go you ask? Well to sum it up, I walked in, did a buttload of reps, puked a couple times, and almost had to crawl back to the truck. So, it was a pretty effective leg day. I decided to go for high reps tonight with a little lighter weight to mix things up.

    Warmup:
    Squat - bar x 20
    Leg Curl - 60x20
    Leg Extension - 60x20

    Working sets:
    Squat - 135x25, 225x25, 295x25
    Leg Extension - 120x25, 160x20, 180x20, 220x15, 260x12, 280x8
Leg Curl - 120x15 (Hammies felt really weird so didn't push it), 80x25, 80x25
    Leg Press - 4 plates x 25, 6 plates x 25, 8 plates x 25
    Seated Calf Raise - 3 plates x 35 x 3 sets
