    So I had a blast working out today doing SUPERSETS for arms and a light range of AB work at the end. I gotta say, PERFORM is really helping my workouts for the duration of my gym seshes. I actually look forward to taking a slam of Melon flavored water out of my Nalgene bottle between sets. Especially today due to high rep SUPERSETS....

    They really blew up this past month. I did max rep training the first week at 135 and was hitting like 14 per set. Then they just kept going up up up to where now I can do 3 sets of 20 at 135

    I'm almost out of PERFORM. Decided to purchase a tub from NP yesterday to stack with my pni log coming up. This stuff is really good and tastes great. Better than extend, amino x, or labrada. The others are fine but the taste isn't as good.
