    Hahaha......I love it when cooked in sauce. The bones get brittle and you don't have to fillet it.

    Tried grilled for the first time. Never doing that again. Not sure about sushi either.

  9. Quick observation

    On Saturday AM, my weight was 222. I ate 2,500 calories for the day.

    On Sunday AM, my weight was 225. I ate 3,000 calories for the day.

    Huge.....I mean HUGE elimination Sunday Night.

    This morning, my weight was 222.4. Wow, huge weight swing. I actually looked better in the mirror this morning versus Saturday AM.

    I know, I am stubborn and a slow learner. I think I get it now.

    Will continue with trying to maintain 3,000 calories on workout days although it might be tough without carbs. Gotta order more protein powder.

    Yup, and I grew up a little south of the city on the water.

    I actually have a family member that's a commercial fisherman, and he's always offering fresh fish and lobsters to everyone. I'll overnight it to you haha.

    Mhmm... Keep doing it youll keep losing if u restrict too much, youre only slowing down your Metab.

    Mr.Cooper BEGGED me to just TRY to reintroduce carbs to my diet. It wasn't EASY at first, it certainly wasn't HARD.. Now I'm at about 150-200g a day.. If u had told me a year ago I could tolerate that and be at my leanest- I'd have told you to stop smoking drugs. It may even been too low for my activity level! Point is- try it- now is the time with the great supps you're using !

    The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result!

    Not sure about carbs yet. I guess I am trying to sprint rather than jog to get things going. Definitely later.

    Insanity actually fits since I am trying to do the same thing and want same results. I was happy with the results I gained from this method last year. However, having less nutrients in my body, I can see how stressful it probably was and may have, in a small way, contributed to my elbow injury.

    Haha....I did say that. You are too kind.

    Doing power lifting type workouts previously, I never developed my lats.

    Also due to back issues, I never developed my lower back.

    Lean ? Not anymore.....BUT will be soon.

  18. Man i was doing good all the way til Dec. I started having some pain from my elbow down to the back side of my hand right side. It's got better since I started backing off the weights and doing more cardio, but with the last five days of doing more cardio then usual, I've gained weight WTF is wrong with me?

    Rise in Cortisol ? Not eating enough/too infrequently? Sometimes when I do too much cardio I get swollen and bloated and soft. Boggles my mind!

  23. Haha fufu man you are the beast. Your size is what I want but with your cuts. My metabolism sucks. But I don't know why I keep feeling bloated from week then another I'm feeling leaner. I did all that cardio last five days and felt more bloated

    Maybe it's cardio timing ? To do it at specific time ? Or fasted ?

    I read somewhere that too much cardio is not the best way to lose fat.

    Remember when I was burning 5500-6000 cals per week on cardio with deficit diet ? Purely numbers wise, I should have really lost more weight than I actually did, but I didn't. I only started to lose fat by carb cycling and using GDA and toning down cardio. I am now thinking I shod have upped my calories or used a cortisol control product like reduce xt or both.

    Like the people who have comment on this thread, you gotta do what works for you. If its not working don't be afraid to change things.

    Also, have long term goals rather than short term goals. In the end, that's the best way to go about things I think. I have to keep remembering this point as well since I am stubborn to a fault.

  25. Yeah i would like to do it first thing in morning but with my kids and job I have train afternoons. I don't know anything about how to control coritiosol but Ive felt for couple years now that mines out of whack.

    That's the other tough thing. You have a family to take care of. I just have my GF. Like I said before, I respect family man like you who do it all. Don't be discouraged. Keep fighting. It's only February.

    Aaaaaanddd story of my life for the last 4 years. Once I dropped the massive cardio n upped my cals--> gained 13lbs muscle and visibly reduced body fat in 5-6 months

    I thunk the biggest thing for Fu to take home is that all the supps he's using r priming him for a wicked recomp or cut.

    That's his choice with calories and how he works out. But those supps will NOT ALLOW anyone get fat (so long as they don't seriously over eat) - leaving him with a great opportunity to up his cals (building muscle) and lean out simultaneously
