My day started out at 4:30 am with a sample dose of Enhanced PWO. I had a great workout with ton of energy and my aerobic capacity was high. I won't go into too much details here about enhanced. You can find a separate review that I posted if you would like more details. I worked out for 1-1/2 hours. Strength maintained...muscle high...and decent cardio with a lot of sweating to finish out.
Muscles were full and hard throughout the day and had a lot of energy rest of the day.
Appetite was down, so I had to drink some shakes with coconut oil added to fill my calorie target. No bloating to speak of.
Still no thermo effect at rest, but above average sweating when working out.
