Did actually get some work in today.
Pre: 1 cap Paragon, 1 scoop Prodigy
Worked up to 154# hang clean.
Hit 176 but it was ugly so I don't count it
Followed by 2 40M weighted seal walks (which I don't recommend anyone do)
Wasn't the best session but I wasn't too disappointed. My hang cleans need practice to be more fluid, something I'll have to work on.

This is going to be Monday's Update, am headed to the gym here in the next 30 minutes and will post today's afterwards.
I've been getting sick the last couple of days. Headache, tons of coughing, coughing so bad I gag/dryheave, and a lot of lethargy. I actually got home from work yesterday and passed out on my floor, I literally slept all day. So I will be making up yesterday's workout today.

I may give them a go sometime in the future. Right now I have ZiR.Red programming for me so I just do what he says lol.
Thinking I may get into PLing sometime in the future so I've been feverishly studying Westside, Wendler, Lilly, etc. Trying to keep a carryover for the long term goals while still hitting the short term (being stronger vs. Gaining mass/performing better)
Its actually turning out to be more complex than I had previously imagined.

and thats good to hear xfit is officially outlawed now lol.
all honesty...I dont mind it, theres some good principles behind it to incorporate into a routine, but what pisses me off are those pecker heads that scream xfit! and try to do muscle ups in the cable rack or are doing those damn kipper pullsups while i wanna do lat pull downs and the whole damn thing is shaking....thats whats gay...if you wanna do xfit go to a xfit gym or "box"

Didn't get **** done in the gym today.
Went in got into the superset and couldn't quit coughing.
My head's killing me, and every time I cough I get shooting pains in my lower back (almost crippling). Went and saw the medics today and they blew me off. (Hooray for Army Medicine).
Been like this since Sunday and it is not improving at all.

I was hacking up a lung and looking like death (my entire platoon says so, and the CO) but they were like "you don't need to see the PA, heres tylenol for the headache, go get some cough syrup."
I'm sucking right now too. Frigging ridiculous.

Starting to feel a little better, although that could be for a variety of reasons. Will know if I am any better tomorrow when I go to the gym!

Felt really weak at the beginning of this. Wasn't originally going to do anything but ended up doing the main movements.

Ended here. Felt terrible, but not coughing as much.

Single Leg Seated Box Jump- 3x3/leg (halfway between knee and hip)
Kneeling Get Up+Bound- 4x2x3steps
Depth Jumps- 3x3 (chest height)
Tall Fall Sprint- 5x20M (winded me a little more than they should have)
Flying 20's- 5x20 (same effect)
Sled Tow- 2x15M // 1x90#, 1x180#
