All caught up breezy! I must say AWESOME thread buddy. I love/hate leg days even more now lol. I'm literally drenched after legs then doing prep mandatory cardio blows. IMO was literally laying on the stairmaster today. Very interested in breezys food thread btw. Keep crushing it bud.

One thing about mountain dog back training...... Because I have been doing a lot of machine work, I don't have the grip strength to fully max out on my lifts. My grip started to give out during dead stop rows and heavy partial pulldowns. I know I could have lifted lot more weight than I ended up lifting. I was physically tired, but did not get that pump. My lats are a little sore this morning. I will know more tomorrow. DOMS usually hits me on the second day.

I just had some micro (fruit punch), AP, and probiotics arrive and I'm pretty excited. These will all be a part of my supplementation going forward. I've only had the chance to sample micro a few times, but I loved it, and think it'll be a solid pre workout combo with Versa-1. Gut Health has been a staple of mine, but I finished my stash at the worst possible time. I decided to grab some probiotics for when I stopped the antibiotics, which I took for the last time this morning...time to replace some good bacteria.
I've also got a tub of Test Powder that's begging me to be cracked open. I'm not quite sure what I'll do about that yet. Any thoughts?

I have heard TP causing some GI issues in some logs I've read.
I just started using micro the other day, phenomenal pre IMO. Great taste as well

I liked the samples I've had, but am really looking forward to getting a better feel for it. I was gonna take tomorrow off, but I don't want to wait to give micro a go.

Basically what I heard from bolt, cheda and breezy was.....stop being a p*ssy and work on your grip strength. Haha.
Actually, I am starting to feel a bit of DOMs right now so the workout yesterday was effective.
I will add on some grip work based on exercises you guys gave recommended and look to get some straps.
Thanks for the advice !

VERSA-1: 1 cap 45mins pre workout
Compound 20: 2 caps 30mins pre workout, 2 caps 7 hour later
Forskolin-95: 1 cap morning, 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap afternoon, 1 cap pre bed (100mg total)
Pre workout mix: 2 scoops Craze/2 scoops Protocol V2 (started drinking with V-1 and finished on the ride to gym)
ALCAR-500: 2g 20 mins pre workout
Modern BCAA: 2 scoops intra workout
Agmatine 500: 2 caps pre workout, 1 cap post workout
I had another solid workout today. My focus was on point and strength was up. My energy in the gym and throughout the day is picking back up as well. By the workout's end my shoulders were completely rocked.
BB Incline Bench (ROM: 2-3 inches from chest/no *******)
2 warm-up x8
-I really just do these to warm my shoulders up, but I upped the weight a bit.
Over and Backs
-I counted 10 reps with 115, but upon video review I only did 9. Weight was increased with these.
High Pulley Rear Delt Fly (pause/squeeze in contracted position)
20x20, drop 5x20
-had my rear delts screaming
Ab Crunch Machine
Hanging Leg Raises
-I'm a big fan of this ab machine at my new gym. Its angle along with the right adjustments really allows a full stretch and let's me hit the entire abdominal region.
Post workout meal
Omega egg/jalapeno chicken sausage/uncured turkey bacon/South African Smoke seasoning omelette on a gluten free bagel with a side of gluten free waffles. There's a minimal amount of organic maple/agave syrup on the waffles.

Love this mtn dog stuff! Need to try. Also <3 post workout meals haha
Why r u going gluten free? Reduces inflammation or r u allergic? I know it's not great for u but any particular reason?
I cant recall seeing many high fiber gluten free type foods :/

Thought I'd give a try, mainly for the inflammation. The Mtn. Dog himself and DW were influences as well.
Quest Bars (16-18g) . I'm not sure about everything else I'm eating, but I do know the bagels have 3g.
