What a guy! Is tomorrow today? There's a good chance you're in for a highly focused workout with a serious pump. I wouldn't be too surprised if you end up with some DOMS from effectively hitting/destroying your muscles either.

Today's workout had me nauseous for over an hour after I finished. Every intensity technique I could think of was used, and I barely made it out of the gym.
Big thumbs up for the V-1/Enhanced combo.
I'll have a full update posted later.

I tried the front and behind overhead presses yesterday... doms today in my shoulders are insane.
Yet to try the prone shrugs...

You should try the "super" wide grip presses next.
I recommend you do.

No weigh-in today. I'll most likely hop on the scale tomorrow.
I'll try to take some picture updates in the next couple days.
Once I finish Forskolin-95, I'll probably end this log and start a long-term one.
Supplementation
VERSA-1: 1 cap pre workout
Compound 20: 2 caps pre workout
Forskolin-95: 1 cap when I woke up, 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap post workout, 1 cap pre bed (100mg total)
Enhanced: 1.75 scoops pre workout
Modern BCAA+: 2 scoops pre workout/1 scoop post workout
ALCAR-500: 2g pre workout
Agmatine 500: 1cap before 2 high carb meals
AP: 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap before post workout meal
Test Powder: 2 scoops pre workout
AnaBeta: 2 caps pre workout, 2 caps post workout
X-Factor: 8 gels pre workout
GlycerGrow: 3 scoops pre workout
-I'm out of C20 and have about 3 days left of Forskolin-95. I'll probably run Versa-1 until F-95 is finished. That'll give me another couple workouts with the V-1/Enhanced combo.
Today's session was easily the most intense I've had so far. The V-1/Enhanced combo gave me a very high level of focus/energy and I needed all of it. Endurance was solid, considering what I did, and my quads were painfully pumped about halfway through my workout.

-It was ridiculous how bad my legs were burning and I literally couldn't walk after these. My right leg gave out and I took an unexpected knee...maybe people thought I had to tie my shoe? lol

-Required a lot of focus to maintain the approach throughout each set.

No problem. That's a good idea and I definitely will when I'm not pressed for time. It would probably be easier if started putting meals and macros in my log and eventually transferred a bunch to a separate thread.

I didn't get to see the game, but it's nice to get another win either way. The B's are looking pretty strong this year. The Sens don't bother me too much lol.
