  2. The lemon and applie pie quest bars are my favorite that I've tried. Cookie dough sounds good too! I was disappointed with the strawberry cheesecake, the fudge brownie, pb&j, etc.

    I got PB & Jelly, Peanut Butter Supreme, Choc PB & Lemon pie.

    Can you tell I have an obsession with PB? Lol

    I bought some for my buddies GF to try (3 of us are going) and in buying I totally forgot about her peanut allergy so I feel like a d!ck. I'll see if thy have the cookie doe before I leave. Any you suggest?

    I actually love the pb&j. Mixed berry bliss, vanilla almond crunch, cinnamon roll, and banana nut muffin are my other favorites. I've probably been through close to 100 boxes of Quest bars lol.

    Ha. PB supreme and choc PB are towards the bottom of my list, but there isn't a flavor I dislike.

    Forgot about the vanilla almond crunch, been through about 5 boxes of those, so a little tired of them now lol, but the flavor it solid. Cinnamon roll, I guess I was expecting too much. Haven't tried banana nut muffin tho...they sound good haha.

    Cinnamon roll is one that's a lot better after 10-15 seconds in the microwave. A bunch of them are better that way, although I rarely heat them up.

    Phase 3 is proving to be a great time. The workouts aren't very long, but whatever muscle I'm working is toast by the time I finish (if not before). I hit the gym earlier today and beat my chest to death.

    I'm pretty sure I reached a new high for the amount of supplements I've used pre-workout. I got a couple days head start on my next stack and added Test Powder, AB, and X-Factor (+GlycerGrow) to what I've been using.

    I'll have a workout/supp update posted later today.

    I've used it pre-workout before, but usually just stick to pre bed. I'll have L-dopa from TP pre-workout as well. I'm looking forward to some quality sleep.

    VERSA-1: 1 cap pre workout


    Compound 20: 2 pre workout, 2 caps 7 hours later


    Forskolin-95: 1 cap morning (immediately after waking up), 1 cap pre workout, 1 post workout, 1 cap pre bed (100mg total)


    Jack3d Micro: 2 scoops pre workout


    Modern BCAA+: 2 scoops pre workout, 1 scoop post workout


    ALCAR-500: 2g pre workout


    Agmatine 500: 1cap before 2 high carb meals


    AP: 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap before post workout meal


    Test Powder: 2 scoops pre workout


    X-Factor: 8 gels (2g ArA) pre workout


    GlycerGrow: 3 scoops pre workout


    Anabeta: 2 caps pre workout, 2 caps before post workout meal



    Awesome workout today. Focus was great and pump was very strong. The high intensity had my chest destroyed by the end.
