Welcome bud. Thanks for joining in.
Day 47
I had one of the most intense leg workouts I've had in a while this morning. Volume was up, intensity techniques were up, and I felt like I was going to throw up about halfway through (thankfully I didn't).
The workout was fasted with 2 scoops of Core ABC, both pre and post. I had some time before my fast was over when I finished, so I waited until I got home to eat. There's no way I could've handled a shake regardless. Once the nausea subsided, I was starving, and had one of the most satisfying meals ever lol.
I'll post today's workout later.

Day 47 continued
I weighed-in at 218.4lbs (+4.4lbs from day 1) this morning. I was a little surprised by the increase, but the day off could've had me holding some water. Regardless of the added weight, my appearance looks to be tightening up a little.
Supplementation
VERSA-1: 1 cap pre workout
Compound 20: 2 caps pre workout, 2 caps 7 hours later
Forskolin-95: 1 cap when I woke up, 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap post workout, 1 cap pre bed (100mg total)
Jack3d micro: 2 scoops pre workout
ALCAR-500: 2g pre workout
Core ABC: 2 scoops pre and post workout
Agmatine 500: 2 caps before a high carb meal
AP: 1 cap pre workout, 2 caps before post workout meal
-I ran out of MBCAA, Core ABC, and Protocol all within the last 2 days. Not the best time considering I just started working out towards the end of a 16 hour fast. I ordered some Modern BCAA+ and have a few scoops of I-BCAA Max that will hopefully get me through a couple workouts. AP and Agmatine500 are running low as well, but I ordered more AP and have SS Agmatine.
My workout was very challenging. The volume and intensity were both high, which literally had me close to collapsing towards the end.
Standing Leg Curl
2 warm-up x20
50x15
60x12
70x8
25x30
-Hadn't done these in years. Awesome pump.
Leg Press (3sec negative/no lockout)
2 warm-up x8-10
630x12
720x10
720x10
-The slow negatives with constant tension set my legs on fire.
-I recorded a video of these, but can't get it to upload for some unknown reason. I spent the last hour trying
Smith Squat (set 1: ATG, sets 2-4: 1.5 technique)
225x15 (20lbs bar resistance) more of a warm-up
225x8
225x8
225x8
-Hack squat was busy, so I jumped into these. It was nice to have a little more power.
-3 sets of 1.5 was brutal
Stretching
1min per quad
Hack Squat (no lockout/2sec pause in hole)
1 warm-up x8
270x8
270x8
270x8
-270 was plenty heavy at this point.
Stretching
1min per quad
Ham Killers
8
8
7
-I found out quickly how these got their name.
Example
HS Lunges (foot on back bar)
50x10
70x8
70x8

Haha thanks fu. I'm feeling the impact this morning. DOMS actually started setting in last night (particularly in my glutes
). I'm still walking at this point, but we'll see how it progresses.
People haven't approached me, but there were a couple pointing at me during the ham killers yesterday lol.

Nice job! Almost made me want to throw up reading it lol.
Have you ever done one legged leg press in that fashion. It wrecks you!!! The besides the unilateral benefit you also can be lazy and only have to stack the machine with half the weight. Haha but it kills the quads!!

Lol thanks man.
I haven't in a long time, but maybe I'll add it in next week. Haha I'm not a fan of loading/unloading all those plates either.

You ever done Glute Ham Raises? I know most gyms don't have the actual machine so those Ham Killers are a variation I had to use for awhile until I gained access to a GHR. I also hadn't seen those split squats in that machine before...seems like a great idea I may have to try.

Yeah, I haven't recently though. My gym actually does have a GHR machine, but I felt the Ham Killers had a little more impact. I'll use the machine next week for a better comparison. I loved the split squats and hadn't see that either until yesterday. It was a great way to finish off my legs at the end of the workout.

Day 48 yesterday
I'm having a pretty busy weekend and am running a little behind with updates. Here's yesterday's workout.
All supplementation was the same as the day prior except I-BCAA Max was used pre workout (fasted) and there were no BCAA's post (I ran out).
BB Incline Bench (ROM: 2-3 inches from chest/no lockout)
2 warm-up x8
185x8
205x8
215x8
225x8
DB Swings
35x35
40x30
55x20
-I hadn't done these in a while. My shoulders took a beating.
Over and Backs
95x12
105x12
115x10
High Pulley Rear Delt Fly (2sec pause/squeeze in contracted position)
20x25
20x18
30x8, drop 10x12
6 ways
10x12
15x10
15x8
Day 49
Today's an off day from the gym.
I weighed 217lbs (+3lbs from day 1) this morning. I don't believe I've added any fat and may have lost a little.
I think I'm going to move more towards a recomp in a couple weeks (with X-Factor/friends, Anabeta, AP, and PowerFull) and slowly transition into a cut for a couple months. I'm just typing as I think about what supps I have haha. My cutting phase will probably include some of the following: V-1, Test Powder, AB/ABE, Endosurge, Erase/EP, Alphamine, C20, and AP. I haven't even begun to think about exactly how I'll use them and could easily make some supplement changes as well. As of now, the plan is just to get shredded.
Here's a snack from earlier today. It's another variation of the wraps I've been eating a lot lately.

ground beef (grass fed), chicken breast, jasmine rice, peppers/onions, brown rice wrap
Back workout tomorrow.

I've been rocking the brown rice wraps as well. I put like 6 or 8 oz's of grilled chicken (George foreman style lol) and 1/4 reduced fat cheese and poppin it in the microwave for like 30 seconds. Ill throw some green and red peppers in there too. Bomb lol

Heck yeah. I'm averaging 2 a day lol. They don't have the best pliability, but if I throw them in the microwave for 20sec they hold up pretty well. Rubbing a little bit of water on them first helps too.

Since I know you were interested I'd just thought I'd pop in with input on my BR Micro sample. I know you already enjoy it but the flavor was very well done IMO. Idk what it is with Blue Razz supps but at least with this one it tastes "blue". Makes no sense but I enjoyed it.
Definitely one of the best Blue Razzs I have tried...the sample plus V-1 produced an awesome workout.

I haven't tried the water. Ill give it a shot. I couldn't believe how pricey they are though. Almost a buck a piece here!

Thanks for the feedback bolt. Haha I know what you mean by "blue". It makes me think of the OG blue razz Gatorade. I'm going to grab a tub soon (and hopefully Enhanced in the next few days).
Awesome. I saw Ben post that the BR Test Powder was really good as well. I'm loving the V-1/micro workouts; actually more than with Craze.

I just started doing it a couple days ago after I went to take a bite and it split down the middle haha. Problem solved.
Wow. I pay $2.99 for a pack of 6 from Trader Joes.

Yeah they're 4.99 before tax for 6 here. We need a trader joes lol. I'm really enjoying the gluten free food so far. I'm not completely gluten free just substituted my wraps and cinnamon raisen bread.

Yeah, they have good prices and a lot of good food. Thankfully there's no tax on (most) grocery items in MA.
I'm enjoying it as well. I haven't really had to take any food out of my diet either. I can still eat pancakes and waffles too.
