Yeah, I haven't recently though. My gym actually does have a GHR machine, but I felt the Ham Killers had a little more impact. I'll use the machine next week for a better comparison. I loved the split squats and hadn't see that either until yesterday. It was a great way to finish off my legs at the end of the workout.

  2. Day 48 yesterday

I'm having a pretty busy weekend and am running a little behind with updates. Here's yesterday's workout.

    Day 49

Today's an off day from the gym.

I weighed 217lbs (+3lbs from day 1) this morning. I don't believe I've added any fat and may have lost a little.

I think I'm going to move more towards a recomp in a couple weeks (with X-Factor/friends, Anabeta, AP, and PowerFull) and slowly transition into a cut for a couple months. I'm just typing as I think about what supps I have haha. My cutting phase will probably include some of the following: V-1, Test Powder, AB/ABE, Endosurge, Erase/EP, Alphamine, C20, and AP. I haven't even begun to think about exactly how I'll use them and could easily make some supplement changes as well. As of now, the plan is just to get shredded.

Here's a snack from earlier today. It's another variation of the wraps I've been eating a lot lately.

Heck yeah. I'm averaging 2 a day lol. They don't have the best pliability, but if I throw them in the microwave for 20sec they hold up pretty well. Rubbing a little bit of water on them first helps too.

  5. Since I know you were interested I'd just thought I'd pop in with input on my BR Micro sample. I know you already enjoy it but the flavor was very well done IMO. Idk what it is with Blue Razz supps but at least with this one it tastes "blue". Makes no sense but I enjoyed it.

Definitely one of the best Blue Razzs I have tried...the sample plus V-1 produced an awesome workout.

I haven't tried the water. Ill give it a shot. I couldn't believe how pricey they are though. Almost a buck a piece here!

Thanks for the feedback bolt. Haha I know what you mean by "blue". It makes me think of the OG blue razz Gatorade. I'm going to grab a tub soon (and hopefully Enhanced in the next few days).

Awesome. I saw Ben post that the BR Test Powder was really good as well. I'm loving the V-1/micro workouts; actually more than with Craze.

Yeah, they have good prices and a lot of good food. Thankfully there's no tax on (most) grocery items in MA.

I'm enjoying it as well. I haven't really had to take any food out of my diet either. I can still eat pancakes and waffles too.

Most of the time I eat some with a fork before wrapping because I load them up too much.

I do a full wrap job or taco style depending on what I put in it and how flexible the wrap is that day. I've been making "omelette tacos" lately which are awesome. The shape is perfect for the taco approach and doesn't spill out at all. I had one post workout today.

Thanks for the heads up bolt. I'll check it out later tonight or tomorrow. I was trying not to buy anything gym related this week (unless Enhanced was released), but I'll probably have to make an exception . I'll let you know if I'm going for free shipping as well.

  18. Day 50

I weighed 217.8lbs (+3.8lbs from day 1) this morning. I'm probably holding a little extra weight after a day out of the gym.

    Supplementation

    VERSA-1: 1 cap pre workout

Compound 20: 2 caps pre workout, 2 caps 6 hours later

Forskolin-95: 1 cap immediately after waking up, 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap post workout, 1 cap pre bed (100mg total)

I had a solid gym performance today. Focus and endurance both shined, which lead to what felt like a very effective workout. My back is still somewhat burning 10 hours later. This is the final week of phase 2, so volume and intensity are both high.

You're killing me lol. I've been out for a few days and will have to stop and grab some after the gym. Blueberry jam or PB sounds great too...I might "stack" them.

  23. I'm experimenting with a completely gluten free diet for the next several weeks. My diet doesn't usually contain a lot of it anyways but I was bored so figured I'd switch things up.

Nice. It's definitely worth a shot to see how you react, if at all. The only thing I've been missing is XF UP 2.0 (I had a ton of it when I lost power though). I was upset when I checked the label. I don't think keeping that as your only gluten source would be that bad either.

If your hitting up Trader Joes you might want to check out their list of gluten free stuff. They have a PDF of everything. It's sounds like your meals are going to be delicious

  25. Ya I already went and got that PDF...I gotta plan out my shopping. It is really just an experiment and like I said most of the time I don't eat stuff with gluten except when I treat myself to something. With the new Butterscotch UP tho I may be regretting this decision.
