    Loaded up at Trader Joes yesterday on a ton of stuff including gluten free varieties of things. They were out of gluten free waffles tho so I was pretty disheartened.

    That sucks they were out of waffles. I just stood in line there for 20 mins to buy pasta and sauce. Apparently there's more snow coming, which I had no idea about.

    I haven't even noticed it before, but I'll definitely be searching for it. Sounds like a great snack.

    Ya I grabbed some pasta as well. I personally like the buffalo jerkey the best...

    I have the FP also. That's the only flavor that was available at NP when I bought mine. Never had the old version but This stuff is pretty good. Blue razz sounds good too.

    Well you're in luck because it's awesome lol. Yeah, both ingredients from Versa-1 are actually in Enhanced at different amounts. Some people have picked up on some of the cognitive effects from the first dose. During my beta run, it took me about 2 weeks before I really figured out what was going on. I think you'll end up liking it.

    I weighed 217.6lbs (+3.6lbs from day 1) this morning. It looks like I'm slowly recomping, which is my main goal currently. My calorie intake isn't quite as high as it was the first 6 weeks of my run.

    Leg DOMS aren't as bad as expected and I'm walking normally. I don't think any soreness will get much worse.



    Supplementation


    VERSA-1: 1 cap pre workout


    Compound 20: 2 caps pre workout, 2 caps 7 hours later


    Forskolin-95: 1 cap when I woke up, 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap post workout, 1 cap pre bed (100mg total)


    Jack3d micro: 2 scoops pre workout


    Modern BCAA+: 2 scoops pre workout/2 scoops post workout
    (broke fast an hour post workout)


    ALCAR-500: 2g pre workout


    Agmatine 500: 2 caps before a high carb meal


    AP: 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap before post workout meal



    I was sad to see phase 2 come to an end, as I loved the high volume. However, I don't think I could've had much more fun than I did in the gym today. Phase 3 is lower volume, but full of intensity, which completely destroyed my shoulders. I'll probably be limiting my shoulder workouts to 2 exercises (plus incline bench and a destroyer set), but went with 3 today.

    Nice job as usually on the workout! I'm really surprised u weren't crippled by your leg routine. Obviously your supplementation and nutrition is on point for helping you recovery quickly! NICE!!! Soreness is good cause you know you sparked a muscle response but the fact that you are healing so fast means you have everything on point. Good job!!

    Thanks bud. My legs definitely have some soreness, but I'm surprised they aren't worse as well. Recovery has been great and notably improved the last month or so.

    Today's workout was great, and I'm thoroughly enjoying the high intensity sessions. Focus was awesome, which helped me achieve what I think was the strongest overall back pump of my run.

    -These will remain in my back arsenal. With the right positioning they light up the entire back.

    -This has become one of my favorite exercises


    Stretching
    1min per lat x2


    Neutral Grip Pulldowns (2sec squeeze/constant tension)
    150x12, x10 partials
    170x8, x8 partials

    -felt awesome


    BB Deadlifts
    2 warm-up x10
    315x12
    315x12


    Treadmill Incline walk
    15 mins

    -I was waiting for my lower back pump to calm down a bit before driving home.

    Amazing how creative Meadows is. Every time I see something new I am like why didn't I think of that. All knowing I probably would have never thought if it myself.

    Good stuff Breezy. I threw in some one arm pulldowns yesterday.

    Haha Agreed. There's a lot of interesting exercises/variations. I think "Dante" came up with those rows though lol. Next week I'm planning on ending my back workout with these...

    I love coming in here and seeing some new exercises to look into and incorporate into my own routine. Those prone shrugs are my all-time favourite new back exercise.

    Subbed out pendlay rows for them. Works way better imo. Allows for a heavier weight and a deeper contraction.

    Ya I have "stolen" a lot of exercise variations from Meadows over the years. Another solid source (albeit of a different variety) is Ben Bruno. Search for his articles or youtube if you want some insane bodyweight variations on exercises in ways you probably never would have thought of. I shouldn't short change him tho...some of his variations on more traditional things are insane as well.
