    You need to pick up some bands for this Mt Dog Training if you can. I never really do leg press but added it in for this 3 week micro-cycle and have done two workouts of it with bands a la Meadows style. Got the craziest quad pump today and that was the only high rep quad work I did in my workout.

    Haha Yeah, some areas freak out when snow is coming and they aren't used to it.

    I just grabbed some groceries after I heard about the driving ban. It was madness. I've got 4WD and like putting it to use when its like this. It'll be a whiteout in a little while though.

    I'm planning on it. I'd like to run through the program again, switching up the exercises more, and incorporating all the band work. I hadn't done leg press in over a year until I started MD training. You've got me wanting to start the bands ASAP. Maybe I can use them for extra intensity in phase 3.

    Their town always gets rocked, but they aren't directly on the water so they should be ok. A lot of the people that are will probably take off.

    Supplementation

    VERSA-1: 1 cap early evening

    Compound 20: 2 caps morning, 2 caps 8 hours later

    Forskolin-95: 1 cap morning, 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap afternoon, 1 cap pre bed (100mg total)

    Pre workout: 2 scoops Enhanced

    ALCAR-500: 2g morning

    Modern BCAA: 2 scoops intra workout

    Agmatine 500: 1 morning, 1 cap post workout

    Anabolic Pump: 2 caps before breakfast, 1 cap before dinner




    I really enjoyed Enhanced and will definitely be picking some up with the Insider deal. My workout went very well and included a couple new exercises. Focus, pump, and vascularity were all at a high level.

    It was great and actually a little easier than I'd expected. My arms were destroyed, the pump was intense, and my veins were very prominent.

    I've officially lost power and it probably won't be back for a while. Luckily I had just cooked the majority of my dinner before it happened (hope the chicken was done). I was able to get the rest of my calorie target from a protein shake.

    I'll be doing some cardio/shoveling in the morning, which I'd rather do than be stuck on a treadmill.

    If my phone ends up dying (most likely will because my battery is awful), I'll probably post an update while it charges in my car tomorrow.

    Haha I thought about that for a second, but there's not much else to do at the moment. It should last through the night, and I could go out to my car if I really needed to.

    Last I heard the snow was piling up 3-6 inches per hour. Now that the power is gone, I've really noticed how crazy it sounds outside.

    It was a lot of fun. I'll probably end up finishing with it again next week.

    I thought they might be wrong again until a few hours ago. It'll be interesting to see what it's like in the morning.

    Haha they're pretty intense. My biceps actually aren't sore at all, but my tri's took somewhat of a beating.

    Yeah, it sucks and I'm extremely jealous. I just went on an adventure out to my car (where I am now) to use my phone and it was a huge project. I couldn't open my front door and had to slowly dig myself out with a big wooden spoon lol. The snow is currently just above my knees. I think I might just wait for spring before I go anywhere lol.

    I'm getting some quality fasted cardio (and a full body workout) with 2 scoops of Alphamine (just for today), Versa-1, and a shovel. The gym doesn't look like it's going to be an option. I think the driving ban is still ongoing anyway.
