Haha I like to use them for some of my post workout carbs. I've been waffle and pancake free for a few days and need to grab more lol.

Most of the time I eat some with a fork before wrapping because I load them up too much.

I do a full wrap job or taco style depending on what I put in it and how flexible the wrap is that day. I've been making "omelette tacos" lately which are awesome. The shape is perfect for the taco approach and doesn't spill out at all. I had one post workout today.

Yo Breezy EliteFTS is having a huge sale the next couple days. Mt Dog Band Pack is $55 before shipping right now (a steal..). Free shipping with orders over $100 so if you are trying to spend more let me know because there is a ton of extra stuff I can recommend to push you over that amount.

Thanks for the heads up bolt. I'll check it out later tonight or tomorrow. I was trying not to buy anything gym related this week (unless Enhanced was released), but I'll probably have to make an exception . I'll let you know if I'm going for free shipping as well.

    Day 50

I weighed 217.8lbs (+3.8lbs from day 1) this morning. I'm probably holding a little extra weight after a day out of the gym.

    Supplementation

    VERSA-1: 1 cap pre workout

Compound 20: 2 caps pre workout, 2 caps 6 hours later

Forskolin-95: 1 cap immediately after waking up, 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap post workout, 1 cap pre bed (100mg total)

Pre workout mix: 2 scoops Jack3d micro/1 sample Modern BCAA

    -waiting on MBCAA+

    ALCAR-500: 2g pre workout

Agmatine 500: 2 caps before post workout meal

Anabolic Pump: 1 cap pre workout

    -ran out/waiting on more

I had a solid gym performance today. Focus and endurance both shined, which lead to what felt like a very effective workout. My back is still somewhat burning 10 hours later. This is the final week of phase 2, so volume and intensity are both high.

    Meadows Rows
    2 warm-up x8

I'm experimenting with a completely gluten free diet for the next several weeks. My diet doesn't usually contain a lot of it anyways but I was bored so figured I'd switch things up.

Going to be hitting Trader Joes a lot more and my meals are going to look a lot like yours.

Nice. It's definitely worth a shot to see how you react, if at all. The only thing I've been missing is XF UP 2.0 (I had a ton of it when I lost power though). I was upset when I checked the label. I don't think keeping that as your only gluten source would be that bad either.

If your hitting up Trader Joes you might want to check out their list of gluten free stuff. They have a PDF of everything. It's sounds like your meals are going to be delicious

Ya I already went and got that PDF...I gotta plan out my shopping. It is really just an experiment and like I said most of the time I don't eat stuff with gluten except when I treat myself to something. With the new Butterscotch UP tho I may be regretting this decision.

Yeah, I've had great results with the entire line. I'd highly recommend taking advantage of the Insider deal. I got to try Enhanced and it was awesome. It should go well with Versa-1 in your PCT as well. I believe it also contains V-1's 2 ingredients at a different dose (there's a thread about it somewhere on here).

Ill probably pick some up. I have some Muscle Marinade that Ill be logging so I cant really add it in to PCT unless I start 2 a day workouts but I think my physique is good enough for 10 weeks out where I wont have to go to 2 a days yet

Good to hear you're on track for the show. I'll be sure to check out the log. It'll probably be a great deal either way. They usually include a few other products for practically nothing.

    Day 51

Thought I'd mention that I've been feeling fantastic lately. My daily energy and mood have been up the last couple weeks (started improving after I got over infection) and it's been consistently great. I felt similar during my beta run with V-1, so I think it probably has something to do with it. I can't be sure, but perhaps the Forskolin also has a part in this. My solid workouts have been adding to how I feel as well.

My back is sore, but it's not too bad at all. It doesn't seem like DOMS will be increasing at this point.

    Supplementation

    VERSA-1: 1 cap pre workout

Compound 20: 2 pre workout, 2 caps 7 hours later

Forskolin-95: 1 cap morning (immediately after waking up), 1 cap pre workout, 1 post workout, 1 cap pre bed (100mg total)

Pre workout mix: 2 scoops Jack3d Micro/1 sample Modern BCAA

    ALCAR-500: 2g pre workout

Agmatine 500: 1 cap pre workout, 2 caps before post workout meal

Awesome workout today. I was very happy with the way everything went from start to finish. Strength/endurance were noticeably improved and my focus was at a high level as well. Being the end of phase 2; I had the volume and intensity cranked up.

DB Incline Press (2sec stretch at bottom/2sec squeeze at top)
    75x8
    90x8
    100x8

Smith Decline Press (20lb bar resistance/ 75% lockout)
    170x25
    180x20
    210x12
    230x8
drop 160x15 (when form started to break)
    drop 110x17 (wide grip)

-added weight and/or reps to all sets

BB Flat Bench (2sec pause on chest/explode up)
    175x6
    175x6
    185x6
    185x6

-went up 10lbs without sacrificing form or explosiveness

    Free Motion Chest Press
    12
10, 10 partials (out of top)
8, 10 partials (out of bottom)

-not sure on the weight used, but increased it each set

-Where has this machine been all my life lol. It'd had never been easier to target/destroy my chest before. I thought the decline press got me pumped, but this was ridiculous and lasted long after my workout.

    supersets
    Pec Minor Dips
    BWx 18
    BWx15
    Stretch Push Ups
    10
    10

I'll probably get a workout in tomorrow morning. I'm feeling really good and can't wait to get back to work (in the gym).

    Nice buddy! Killed that workout!!

I think when I run this program again after comp, I'm going to split up chest & shoulders.

    Thanks man.

I've enjoyed splitting them up, but wonder what I've been missing. Adding 12 sets of shoulder work on top of this seems pretty crazy though lol.

Ya I reread the 12 week program I have...I think the shoulder workouts would murder me after how crazy his chest workout already is. Wide grip overhead press at the very end?? I'm not sure I could even do the bar by then.

Def a killer workout just time consuming for me right now in my prep.

Haha yup I just do light incline presses then focus on the other lifts, I'm about pressed out by then lol.

    Nice job... Killer workout!!

Versa-1 does great for my mood. I forget what day I noticed it. I did point it out in my log. It was like a switch. I think it started after week 2 at some point an I just felt amazing an my personality improved where my normal jokester self was enhanced. I love it!!

    Keep up the great work!!!

That's what I was thinking. I'm undecided what I'll do next time around. I've been holding on to those wide grip presses for phase 3...next week

    Thanks bud.

That's when I really started noticing a lot of what was going on during my first run. I seem to get an improvement in both mental and physical energy.

    Will do.

Thanks Dan. Yeah, phase 1 wouldn't be bad, but as the volume goes up it would be nuts. I can't imagine making it through 16 sets of chest and having a very productive shoulder workout. By the time I got to a destroyer set, I'd just be flapping my arms (with no weights), looking like I was pretending to fly on the incline bench lol.
