    really easy

put about 5-7 egg whites in a metal bowl and use a handheld mixer till it turns foamy or creme like, keep mixing and add and stir your favorite protein flavor (i use syntha 6 because i like the taste)

now its gonna turn really creamy with the protein mixed in so now when its done mixing Freeze it over night and you can wake up to some delicious and ready Protein Fluff/ Protein Ice Cream.

Nutritional Facts 7 Egg whites and 2 scoops of protein~

    80g of protein
10g of carbs (depending on protein powder)
    5g> fat
Nice! I'm going to try this and I think I'll give it a shot with pasteurized liquid egg whites. The protein source from the pasteurized process should make it better for us then using raw egg whites and no worrying about bacteria.

as long as they are able to stiffen...stiffenin eggs on its own is an artwork, and i woulld suggest you google how to stiffen eggs otherwise because it is a very delicate process

  9. Breezy how do you compare this run of c20 with your last. Sorry I may have missed if you touched on that yet. I recall both out c20/EPRO runs being epic and want to know if you are feeling the results are comparable this go.

  10. OH WAIT I FORGOT TO SAY TO ADD SPLENDA OR UR FAVORITE CALORIE FREE SWEETNER or sugar...

when you are stiffening the EGGS add in splenda as they are beaing mixed slowly keep adding splenda to taste i like it sweet and add about 8 packets depending on how much i made

It's hard to make a good comparison, but I'll do my best

I'm not sure if I could ever achieve quite the same results as the first run. When I started, I had the perfect body composition to allow for very noticeable changes. I'm in a lot better shape now and differences won't look as dramatic. That run actually got my physique looking similar to how it does currently, and I'm still blown away by how effective it was.

During this run I got sick/fought an infection for what was probably a few weeks, which may have slowed progress. It also hit its peak around the time where I saw the biggest changes during my first run. That being said, I'm still making good progress and the changes in the last week alone have me impressed. I think I'll be able to better answer your question in another couple weeks.

  14. Day 35

    Supplementation

    VERSA-1: 1 cap 45mins pre workout

Compound 20: 2 caps 1 hour pre workout, 2 caps 8 hours later

Forskolin-95: 1 cap morning, 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap afternoon, 1 cap pre bed (100mg total)

Pre workout mix: 2 scoops Jack3d micro/2 scoops Core ABC

    ALCAR-500: 2g 45mins pre workout

Intra mix: 1 scoop Modern BCAA/1 sample pack (1 scoop) Compete...FP/lemon drop was delicious

Agmatine 500: 1 cap morning (before breakfast), 1 cap post workout (before shake)

AP: 1 cap before 3 highest carb meals

I'm loving the new pre workout combo and had a great workout overall. Focus was high per usual, and both my strength and endurance were up.

    Seated Leg Curl
    2 warm-up x20
    120x14
    150x12
    160x10
    90x35

-added 10lbs on 2 sets/hit all target reps

    Leg Press (constant tension/no lockout)
    2 warm-up x8-10
    630x16
    720x16
    720x13 (3sec negatives)

-Last week needed 2 hand assisted reps to hit 720x16. It was fairly easy today.

    Hack Squat (no lockout)
    1 warm-up x8
    320x10
    340x8
360x7 (2 sec pause in hole)

I wasn't happy with my depth after checking the video (not sure if the camera angle had anything to do with it) so I upped the weight and paused in the hole while going as deep as possible

    Stretching
    1min per quad

    Smith Squat (sets 1+2: ATG/set 3: 1.5 technique)
    220x8 (20lbs bar resistance)
    270x8
    200x9

-I took these all the way down (deeper than last week's video)

-added 20lbs to the first 2 sets and a rep to the third

    Stretching
    1min per quad

    DB Stiff Deads
    70x12
    80x12
    85x10
    85x10

-last week stopped on third set at 70x6 because I was going to throw up

    Shoulders tomorrow.

Thanks Fumoney. These leg workouts are bordering on torture lol. Love it.

Haha never, but I would've last week if I went down for another rep.

Yeah, I enjoy pushing myself until I'm on the verge of passing out and/or throwing up, just not actually doing it lol.

  22. Day 36

I forgot to weigh-in before breakfast. I'll do it tomorrow.

I brought my calories up (+300) and plan on sticking with it unless I see a reason to make an adjustment.

My recovery seems to be improving over the last week. I'm very surprised that my legs aren't really sore at all. 2 weeks ago, I could've used a wheelchair for about 4 days, and that was with less volume in my routine.

    Supplementation

    VERSA-1: 1 cap 45mins pre workout

    Compound 20: 2 caps 30mins pre workout, 2 caps 7 hour later

Forskolin-95: 1 cap morning, 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap afternoon, 1 cap pre bed (100mg total)

Pre workout mix: 2 scoops Jack3d Micro/2 scoops Protocol V2 (started drinking with V-1 and finished on the ride to gym)

    ALCAR-500: 2g 20 mins pre workout

Modern BCAA: 2 scoops intra workout

Agmatine 500: 1 cap morning, 1 cap post workout

AP: 1 cap before 2 highest carb meals

My workout went pretty well. I upped the weight on a couple exercises and made room for a destroyer set at the end. My shoulders had a strong pump that remained for a while after my workout. Focus was on point again, which allowed for a great mm connection.

BB Incline Bench (ROM: 2-3 inches from chest/no lockout)
    2 warm-up x8
    185x8
    205x8
    215x8
    225x8

    Over and Backs
    105x12
    105x12
    115x10
    125x8

High Pulley Rear Delt Fly (pause/squeeze in contracted position)
    20x30
    30x15
    30x13

    6 ways
    10x10
    15x10
    15x8

-First time using 15lbs and it was rough. It's funny seeing yourself in the mirror using every ounce of strength you have to lift 15lb DB's over your head lol.

    Incline DB Swings (destroyer set)
    40x60
    20x30
    10x10 (2sec hold)

-It'd been a while since I attempted this monster set. In no way were all 60 of the first reps "clean", but I kept moving. My shoulders were demolished and it felt awesome.

    supersets
    Ab Crunch Machine
    220x10
    240x8
    240x8
    Hanging Leg Raises
    12
    10
    10

I'm not sure if I'll take tomorrow or the next day off. It will be a game-time decision.

  23. Day 37

My weight was 216.2lbs (+2.2lbs from day 1) this morning. I'm happy with this and it looks like there might be some recomp taking place. My belly fat is down a little since the last time I checked (calipers).

My legs feel 100% recovered from Sunday's workout and my shoulders don't have much soreness at all.

    Supplementation

    VERSA-1: 1 cap 45mins pre workout

Compound 20: 2 caps 1 hour pre workout, 2 caps 8 hours later

Forskolin-95: 1 cap morning, 1 cap pre workout, 1 cap afternoon, 1 cap pre bed (100mg total)

Pre workout mix: 2 scoops Jack3d micro/2 scoops Protocol V2

    ALCAR-500: 2g 45mins pre workout

Modern BCAA: 2 scoops intra workout

Agmatine 500: 1 cap post workout

Anabolic Pump: 1 cap before breakfast, 1 cap before afternoon meal (2 highest carb meals)

Today's workout felt great. It might've been my favorite since starting my run, and I was in a fantastic mood. Strength, endurance, and mm connection were all at a high level. I can still feel my back burning currently, hours after my workout.

    Meadows Rows
    2 warm-up x8
    90x10
    115x10
    125x8

-Used a different T-bar with a full range of motion, which allowed me to hit my lats better than I had previously. I had a decent pump by the time these were finished.

Smith rest-pause Bent Over Rows (20lb bar resistance)
    1 warm-up x10
    200x10
    220x10
    240x8

    Stretching
    1min per lat x2

    Stretchers
    120x12
    130x12
    140x8

    Scapulae Stretch Pulldowns
    210x10
    210x10

    Stretching
    2min per lat x2

    DB Shrugs (3 sec hold/flex)
    110x15
    125x12

    Horizontal Shrugs (3 sec hold/flex)
    1 warm-up x10
    70x12
    90x12
    125x8

-These took a good amount of focus, but I picked it up quick. Felt great, and I'll be doing them again.

    Example

    Hyperextensions
    BW+45x15, drop BWx12
    BW+25x15, drop BWx10

I'd planned on taking tomorrow off, but I won't be able to make it to the gym on Thursday. I'll be working chest.

Thanks Fumoney. Yeah, I'm pretty comfortable with it at this point. I'm really enjoying swapping in different exercises. I'd like to run through it again, changing things on a weekly basis, and incorporating some band work. There's a ton of interesting exercises that I won't fit in this time around.

The only trainers/coaches I've worked with were for strength/conditioning and powerlifting. mattys4 might be able to help you out. He'll probably stop in here at some point. John Meadows (Mtn. Dog) would be an option as well.
