U didn't pyramid the non dc exercises?1/29 - Tuesday
Today was chest day. let me explain a few things before i post numbers. for bench, i bring the bar down, rest on my chest for 2 seconds then explode up as well as DC style. this killed my chest! the numbers are a bit lower but i had a great workout. here we go.
1.) BB Flat Bench - see previous notes above ^^^^^. Also, I did 225 for my sets and that was my first number in my first chest day so even though its harder to do, i still did 225 a harder way vs 225 the normal way at the beginning of the log
- 3 sets DC style as well as two second pause when im bring down the weight. worked with 225 8,4,2
2.) BB Incline
Those arent my normal numbers. its very obvious that BB bench killed me
3.) Flat Press Machine
4.) Incline DB Flys - really deep and slow (negatives)
50x8 with a drop set of 30x8 with static hold at the end.
