    Day 22 was a rest day as I was focusing my attention on sorting out my daughters problems.

    Todays workout was legs which has been another good strength increase, no longer squat due to back injury so workout is focused on legpress and extensions

    45 degree Legpress
    1 x 10, 705lbs
    1 x 10, 835lbs
    1 x 8, 925lbs
    1 x 8, 1000lbs followed by dropsets as follows
    10 reps each with the following weights, 705lbs, 615lbs, 530lbs, 440lbs, 350lbs, 265lbs, 175lbs
    Leg ext-
    1 x 10, 195lbs
    1 x 10, 210lbs
    1 x 10, 230lbs
    1 x 10, 250lbs
    1 x5, 265lbs

    Lying leg curl
    Ascending sets
    1 x 3 reps ea with plates 3 - 4
    1 x 3 reps ea with plates 4 - 5
    1 x 3 reps ea with plates 5-6
    1 x 3 reps ea with plates 6 - 7
    1 x 5 reps with 7 plates followed by dropset to failure down to plate 3

    Todays Back workout I am splitting in half between this afternoon and tomorrow morning as I dont have a pulldown machine at my house and the gym I am currently going to doesnt have heavy enough dumbbells.

    Back workout #1
    DB pullover
    1 x 10, 94 lbs
    1 x 10, 105 lbs
    DB row
    1 x 6, 105 lbs
    1 x 6, 110 lbs
    1 x 6, 115 lbs
    3 x 6, 120 lbs
  3. Day 25, 31 Dec 12


    am workout- Back, Pulldown machine at the gym only has the plates numbered from 1 to 20, guy wasn't sure on how much each plate weighed.
    Front pulldown
    1 x 10, 10 plates
    1 x 10, 12 plates
    1 x 10, 14 plates
    1 x 8, 15 plates
    1 x 8, 16 plates
    1 x 6, 17 plates
    1 x 6, 18 plates



    Pm workout-Chest
    Flat barbell bench
    1 x 8, 185 lbs
    1 x 6, 215 lbs
    1 x 6, 231 lbs
    1 x 5, 242 lbs
    1 x 4, 253 lbs
    Incline DB press
    1 x 6, 100 lbs
    1 x 6, 100lbs
    1 x 6, 105 lbs
    Finish with5 sets of pushups with 10 reps and 5 sec break in between
    Had the poor 110 lb 5'1'' wife spot for 253 on bench and 105 on inclines, two thumbs up to her for trying.

    Again had another increase in weights for flat bench ( 33lbs) and incline DB bench ( 28lbs) since beginning this log.
    Currently weigh in at 179lbs, so far I have had a decrease in bodyfat and an increase in strength and mass
    Arm measurement has increased by half inch over the past 25 days since beginning the PH17/19 stack and waist reduced by 3/4 inch.
    Very keen to get my hands on LG's lastest products

  4. 3/4 off your waist is good progress. I feel yea on spot thing. My wifes VERY strong but she is the same height as your wife. Makes for some very awkward spots on lat pulldowns, incline bench, etc..

Yeah haven't done any cardio either, poor wife shook her head when I asked to spot on seated felt press with 105lb dumbbells, only have a couple days left with current bottles but heave just picked up another 2 each of the PH17&19, got a bottle of resolution black stored away so thinking of starting that and drop the craze

  7. Rezolution is nice because it takes the edge off dieting or any moodiness that some times calorie restrictions may cause

  8. Previous post should have said seated delt press, stupid phone, found rezolution to have some good clean energy also have a couple of workouts to log just haven't had time with family, will get it done asap

    Single arm DB ext with bench set at 40 degrees

    1 x 8, 40lbs with dropset to 30lbs for 12 reps focusing on negatives
    Lying EZ bar ext
    2 x 8, 120lbs
    1 x 8, 77lbs focusing on negative

    No surprise again I have felt no soreness

  11. 6 Jan 13
    Bis today, been stuck on barbell curl with 145lbs. Progress slowed so decided to use the HRT technique with a small twist see how it goes

    straight bar curl 2 x 8, 130 lbs followed by EZ bar curl 2 x 6, 90lbs after each 8 rep set

    Single hammer curl
    2 x 8, 50lbs

    Preacher curl
    2 sets with 65lbs HRT style

    Really felt this workout especially on the preacher curl, bis were shot afterwards with huge pump and stupid vascularity

    Preworkout I used a cap of rezolution black ( with the 1,3 Dimeth ) and xtend, really sweated my butt off in the garage

  13. Hey Dragon thanks, really trying to focus on technique unlike the guy I saw in the gym the other day while doing legs, turned a barbell curl into a calf raise. Anyway 1230am here at the moment and woke with insane cramping in forearms and bis. Yesterdays workout has had a pronoun effect

    Ended workout after barbell row as I felt but of a twinge in lower back putting weights away, didn't want to risk my girlie spine doing more.

  16. Tomorrows workout is chest so hope the temp drops, it's 110 bloody degrees here so the old garage is gonna suck a but. Thinking of leaving last bottle of Ph17 and run with MMv3 once I have finished the last bottle of PH19, but so far this has been a pretty good stack with good gains, just really haven't been able to eat as much as I had hoped

  19. 30 degrees, trade you, end goal for Feb was to get back down to 6% bf, but hasn't gone to plan as majority of my attention has been focused on my daughter, picked her up for xmas with her weighing 253lbs and at 12yrs old, few words between myself and her mother has ended up with her staying with me for a yr, so far she's dropped 12lbs long way to go.

  20. Was posted to a base where it was 3. Guy from supp shop msgd earlier and can't get liquid MMv3 for another 4weeks so going to stick with current stack for an 8 week cycle. So will be going till end of Jan. Good thing I have a separate account from the wife

  23. Was determined until the wife woke up asked what I was doing. Bf checked this morning using Sequoia defender calipers measured around 7%, hopefully my daughter keeps the motivation she has now

  24. Todays workout was chest, strength is still increasing along with vascularity, only issue that I have been having is a bit of insomnia
    Currently I'm weighing in at 177lbs

    Barbell bench press

    1 x 5, 258lbs

    Incline Dumbell press
    1 x 6, 105lb Dbs

    Incline flyes
    3 x 8, 60lb Dbs followed by 1 set of 15 reps on flat bench focusing on negative phase and getting a good pump

  27. Finding this stack pretty good, better than the AMS kit I used about 6months ago which I thought was a waste ( my opinion )

  28. This mornings workout was bis, everything I wanted to do at the gym was being used
    Barbell curl
    3 sets of 6 reps using 138lbs followed by a depart on each with 95lbs for 6 negative focus reps.
    Hammer curl
    3 sets 8 reps with 60lb Dbs
    HRT Preacher curls with 95lbs.
    Hopefully couple of these workouts will get me past the stagnant point I am experiencing. Everything else still seems to be going strong

  32. Ok have some crazy stupid insomnia again, 130am went for an ab circuit hoping to set in some fatigue and induce some sleep but hell no, thinking will drop dosages to minimum hopefully that will change things

  33. Missed a couple of workouts this week due to other priorities but back lifting again, killed delts today and will post later tonight, so far during this course have dropped nearly 2kg with no cardio

  35. Bought 3 bottles each of the 17 & 19, just started the 3rd bottles 3 days ago so have about 2 weeks left. Throughout the course my diet hasn't been really to plan but have reduction in bf, increased vascularity and separation also good increase in strength especially training solo. Rate these products as very good and extremely happy with results so far. Will be posting before and after pics at end of log

  36. Todays workout 14 Jan 13 ended up being delts instead of the old pins, all leg equip was being used. Ended up being a pretty good workout and trashed the poor shoulders. May have gone overboard in the end, eas enjoying myself too much.

    Seated Hammer press

    followed my 3 sets focusing on negatives
    2x 6, 200lbs dropset
    1 x 6, 176lbs followed by dropset 1 x 10, 90lbs
    DB Lateral raise
    1 x 10, 30lbs
    1 x 8, 40lbs
    1 x 8, 40lbs
    1 x 8, 45lbs
    1 x 8, 50lbs followed by dropset 10 reps each with 30lbs, 22lbs, 17lbs, 10lbs

    Bi-set
    DB Upright rows 2 x 10, 50lb Dbs

    Again have had an increase in strength, seated hammer press pushed out an extra 3 reps on 286lbs than last workout
    Also down to 175lbs
    DB front raise 2 x 10, 26lbs Dbs

  39. Thanks, really enjoying this new LG line up of sups, hope my guy here can get the rest, keen to try them out. Point to not is that I have only been using creatine mono and Dymatize ISO-100, I dropped the craze a while ago to go off stims and have used superpump max due to the heat and constantly sweating my butt off, it only cost.me $30

    I'm a stim guy myself, but you always gotta come off here and there to not get immune. Its good to have good products to fall back on.
