hey guys, back again. :D

this time, fueled with some Finaflex product, and things are gonna get increasingly nasty over these next few weeks i fear... :paranoid:

thread will be under construction with information going forward, but here's some previews in the meantime to keep you entertained.

the first pic is couple shirts Al and the company sent out (btw Al - XL definitely brother. ;))
my cat found them very satisfying anyway..
and very generous care package as well received..big shout out and big thanks for that! :)

this is where snag is at right now.
bw is at ~203 upon waking..i have no clue what bf% is.




currently in off-season as i consider a prep for run at nationals/jr nationals next yr, i want some immediate increase in muscle without corresponding increase in fat. (hmmm, sounds novel right??)
well, i know everybody wants to do it, and that's what my goal is here as well as strive to stay fairly lean this off-season.
i am already right now higher bf% than i wanted to be this off-season, but i am pleased with my progress so far.

taking diet back to gain mode, keeping things extremely clean tho just in caloric excess..
i'm also going to be adding a hormonal product (or two) into the fray, more on that to come..
weights are going to be majority heavy weight/lower reps for awhile, tho i will still have some high rep days in just for change.

for now, supps are fairly basic.
multi
fish oil
preWO (sometimes), varies as to what i use, mainly been super pump max but i'm not partial to it, just got it at stupid cheap price for the product it is, had to pull the trigger..soon will switch over to Ignite2. i loved that stuff when i used it during the summer..
protein powders (of course) - mostly isolates but some blends as well. i also enjoy making my own blends/ratios.

so Sunday i began my hormonal run, starting off with 4 caps 1-Alpha daily, split 2/2 @ 8-10hrs apart.
i've got a basic idea of how i am structuring things for the winter at this point, and there will be surprises and goodies in store thruout..
right now, 1-Alpha leads the way.

last couple workouts have been ferociously good..chesticles on SAT were just demolished (had some DOMS yesterday), wheels on SUN were blasted appropriately..rest day MON and shoulders (i mean boulders) on TUE..physically i feel better than i have in some time, and aches & pains are at a minimum right now.


so -- feeling really good as we set off on the journey..mind is primed, body is ready and willing - let's do this. :hammer:

time for a small update..
everything cracking along just fine, body/joints feeling great (even if i'm a lil bloated from dietary excursion).
today marks day #9 on 1-alpha..feeling pretty, well, alpha these days. :cool2:

mauled chest SAT, legs yesterday (ATG squats the highlight), fixing to demolish delts and agonize some abs this morning..
strength has been fine, nothing noticed stack-wise yet except that i'm feeling good going into the training sessions, and feel good all day long.
(i am also getting a "feel-good" benefit from the Achilles i'm taking)

the biggest thing (no pun intended muahuahua) i've noticed to this point is increased libido and sexual performance.
it's early yet - looking for some addtl things to fall into place thruout this week.

so yesterday i saturated shoulders with load, had some good volume as well.
4x8/8/6/6 seated military press
3x12/10/10 front DB raise
3x12 lateral raise
3x12 bent-over raises
2x12 front shrugs
2x10 rear shrugs
dint get abs in (was bushed), but i'm not upset if i don't get in direct ab work during off-season. i rarely focus on stomach unless i'm close to a show.

anyway - point is, my shoulders are silky smooth feeling today. Achilles seeming to keep me lubed up well, 1-Alpha doing its thing in the early going..and i'm on track with my plan so far.

update: one of the things i was waiting for happened last night..
night sweats. hooge, torrential rivers in my bed middle of the night.
i don't enjoy this (obviously), but at the same time it is an indicator of hormonal activity (for me individually)..
ie, a good sign.

diet is in flux right now as i try to nail down perfection. lean gains are the goal, and i abhor fat.

so today i blew up the pythons, bi/tri ss day, very basic and 12 sets total each muscle group.
short rest periods made this a very quick workout.
the pumps i've been getting have been incredibly solid, lasting all day.
(i'm speaking of all-over-body muscle pumps, not lower back pumps/cramping)

another week rolling..awoke this morning looking, well, pretty good. :D
couple dietary maneuvers to tighten things down last couple days has resulted nicely, look harder than i should, development coming along fine.
for my diet intake, i will run in a lean gain caloric mode for a certain time, then ebb things back down to maintenance or just below for a shorter timeframe, before i flow back into excess. i notice this does the best job of keeping my bf stabilized and at a level where i am comfortable with.

still feeling very alpha, product is doing its thing..strength and training are great, dietary #s have been nailed, we are off to a very nice 2-week start. :yup:

(i'd post a pic but you guys are gonna get tired of looking at me anyway..and, i want to surprise some folks)

2 scoops tasty vanilla protein
3 egg whites
1/4 cup dry oatmeal
1 tsp vanilla extract
enough water to make a batter consistency

directions:
mix oats with 1/4 cup water and microwave for 1min
add remaining ingredients and add water to batter consistency
spray skillet w/ Pam
cook in skillet until bubbles form on top, then flip.
optional: top w/ sugar-free syrup or berries

news is not good fellas..groin is just wrecked this morning.
today i look as if i really DO need a walker or a wheelchair.

what a weird phreakin injury. :sigh:

funny you say that - i mimicked that motion when i was feeling things out this morning, no pain there (no weights of course but motion is fine).
i think i'll just shut wheels down for a week, this was my 2nd leg day in a 4-day span as i wanted to get a lil more frequency in, so i'm good with some rest for now.

lil mid-day update here:
after feeling very ruff still this morning rising, i've made huge progress as the day goes on..worked some back/arms, got a good pump, no issues. since the workout, more mobility is coming back, i can stride normally now.
i won't be sprinting anytime soon, but improvement has been lightning fast, out of the blue..
dig it.

Strains and pains that effect your mobility are sometimes the most frustrating. It would effect my ability to work if my mobility was hampered. The fast healing is good to hear my friend.

feeling almost 100% here this morning as healing speeds along..in fact, i played with the 125 DBs today, beating up my chesticles..was engorged, almost looked manly.

three weeks in on 1-Alpha

all right, so 3 weeks in yesterday..
groin all healed up, feeling good this morning, weighing 206 upon rising, couple lbs up..strength up on all lifts across the board (no PRs, not trying for those; rather, the weights i use in specific rep ranges have all been moved up). i think i've gotten a pretty good feel for this 1-Alpha, now we're going to take it to another level..
the stack now becomes:
2 caps 1-Alpha + 1 cap M-Sten Rx upon rising; same dosing @10hrs later w/ a meal. this will encompass the next 4 weeks, altho i may add some DAA in at some point toward the end. i'm also trying to work some 550XD in there, but this stuff is like a rare bird right now, tuff to get ahold of..exemestane and PCT Black remain remain on hand if needed - have not used yet.
caloric intake ranges from 3000-4000 daily, depending on where i'm at in my ebb/flow (i might drop to 2800 on a low-cal non-workout day).
oh - and the dreaded night sweats have been absent now for 3 days.

everything rolling along very well..
physique changes anew since i've started the M-Sten, without doing anything different than what i been doing or changing the plan. very quick..
libido is jacked thru the roof (thought it was starting to lag from 1-Alpha but last 2 days it's making strong comeback, i'll credit M-Sten since this always happens to me early on in cycle, when i just start something new), strength and pumps are great (1-Alpha been good), body and joints feeling lubed and flexible (Achilles is awesome), energy nice and explosive in the weightroom (Ignite2, love it)..

i am feeling quite righteous. :slap:

training has been:
MON - arms/abs
TUE - quads/hams/calves
WED shoulders

today will be back and some abs..gonna flare them lats like king cobra.
it's gonna be a beautiful day.

4 weeks in..

all right so we're 4 weeks in total: first 3 weeks on 1-Alpha alone, the last week on 1-Alpha + M-Sten.
mostly good things to report..workouts have been great, strength at high levels..libido at a nice level.
muscle pump all day long. mood has been decent, lethargy has been non-existent..........until now that is.
this last day or two i seem to be lagging a tad. and today, i had some lower back pumps creeping on. nothing major, but i was sure aware of it let's put it that way. so, we'll keep an eye on that.
as for growth - been pretty outstanding i think. but that presents a problem too..i awoke today at 208, and it's like i crossed a threshhold and feel too big, too inflexible. i need to shift the diet again (and am doing that today), should be fine. i'd rather stay at this weight and recomp than get any bigger i think.

making a shift in the training, will look like this:
1 - quads/calves
2 - chest/tris (abs opt)
3 - back/hams
4 - shoulders/bi (abs opt)
thinking 4 on/3 off, with off days scheduled when i need them rather then a set day.

so today, did quads/calves (was supposed to be off day, will make that tomorrow instead)
did some pulley crossover work as well, been awhile since i've done that.
