Yeah I didn't feel like waiting 10 minutes to eat haha. It can very easily cause a mess, but I got lucky and pulled it off without dropping a crumb...I think I tried to eat a steak and cheese sub once lol.

Unfortunately, I have a long commute to and from work and I don't even want to know what's between the crevices in my car.

Even the car detail guy misses the dried up food that fell underneath ages ago.

Liking the results so far. I am accumulating supplements for next year and I hope USB Labs gets this out in the market early next year.

I probably have some scraps tucked away somewhere in my car too.

Things are off to a good start. I'd like to see it released soon as well. It's still early in my run, but I'm seeing some good potential. If results continue, I'll pick up a couple bottles with the IC release and see what 8 weeks can do.

    Day 11 continued

The switch to Prodigy changed the overall effects of my pre workout supplementation. My mood was great, but I didn’t get the sudden “light switch like boost” that I had a couple times when combining PA with Craze. However, the pre workout combo had me locked into my workout with strong focus and intensity. I also noticed that the thermo effect hit me harder tonight. After doing a few warm up squats, I started sweating more than I had previously. I’m wondering if it was directly related to the caffeine dose that was combined with PA. I’m not sure, but I think 1.33 scoops of Prodigy might actually contain more caffeine than 2 scoops of Craze and an additional 100mg-200mg caffeine.

I continued to make progress in the gym. My goal tonight was to get a few reps of at least 500lbs on squats. I was able to pull it off without too much difficulty. After hitting 500 for a few reps going parallel a couple months ago, I started working my way back up, going deeper. I took my time with the process and was pretty confident I would reach my goal going into tonight’s workout.

    -some previous #’s in parenthesis

    BB Back Squat
    315x8 (315x8)
    405x5 (405x5)
    455x5 (435x5)
    505x3 (475x3)
    505x3 (495x3)
    505x3
-I was rushed last week and had to take a different approach to make up for time. I slowed things down tonight to allow for max strength. I most likely could’ve put up the same weight last week, but it felt good regardless.

DB alt Lunge (weight per arm/rep per leg)
    80x10
    80x10
    80x10

    Calf Extension (machine)
    290x25
    290x21
    290x20

    Seated Leg Curl
    265x5
    265x4
    265x4
    drop
    205x7
    drop
    130x11

    Leg Extension
    300x8
    300x7
    drop
    210x4
    drop
    120x7

I didn't notice during my workout, but vascularity was pretty strong throughout my arms once I got home.

Calories remained at a high level today. I think I hit a new carb high for my run, thanks to eating on my ride home from work.

Today’s calorie total and breakdown were as follows:

    Calories: 6098
    Carbs: 700
    Protein: 386
    Fat: 195
    (46/25/29)

I’ll be getting plenty of sleep tonight, since I don’t have to get up and go to work in the morning. I’ll be taking the day off from the gym as well.

Thanks Mack. I'm doing my best to keep things consistent. I want to make sure I give PA a fair shot.

    Day 12

I woke up feeling good after getting about 8 hours of sleep with minimal interruption. I’m not sure if PA has had any effect on sleep quality at this point.

I was looking pretty lean this morning and perhaps a little more than earlier in the week. My weight somewhat backed up what I was seeing in the mirror, as I stepped on the scale at 208lbs (-1.2lbs from yesterday/+1lb from “Day 1”). I’m fairly confident that this is my true “clean” weight and I don’t have any excess water being held at this point.

One thing I can say for sure is that I’m eating a ridiculous amount of food without any negative impact on my physique. This has been the most mind boggling part of the experience to me at this point in my run. Before I started supplementation, I most likely would’ve gained more than a pound eating this way for 11 straight days. However, the weight wouldn’t be entirely lean, nor would I have seen my appearance tighten up. I’m surprised and very happy with the way in which PA seems to be affecting my body composition. I will probably be increasing my calories further, since my current surplus seems like it’s is being laughed at by PA. I plan on going through some of the other logs in a couple days and am curious to see if anyone else is having a similar experience. As of now, I know one other tester who saw his weight start to come down while eating a good amount.

I dosed PA shortly after waking up this morning with Alphamine as my caffeine source. I’m not worried about Alphamine skewing my results with such limited use, but I’ll be using Focus XT on off days going forward. I didn’t notice any change from the normal stim effect that I get with Alphamine solo. I felt the rise in body temperature about 30 minutes after dosing, which was a little stronger than what Alphamine normally provides.

I’m starting to believe that PA is directly increasing vascularity (unrelated to body fat). I’ve reported great vascularity several times, but being pretty vascular already, I wasn’t sure what to make of it. About an hour after this morning’s dose, I noticed the recently found veins in my lower abdomen were more prominent. I also saw 3 "new" veins stretching across my lower abdomen to my upper quad, which weren’t visible prior to dosing (or ever).

My hunger is currently at its normal level. There’s a possibility that Alphamine could lower it, but that effect shouldn’t last throughout the day. I ate a large breakfast without any difficulty, shortly after my morning PA/Alphamine.

The mouth dryness hasn’t been an issue today. It didn’t even cross my mind until now.

My breakfast was about the same size as it’s been all week. Calories should be down today to account for my low activity level. However, I’ll take in more than I was planning after assessing my current weight/body composition.

    Breakfast calorie total and breakdown:

    Calories: 2050
    Carbs: 280
    Protein: 76
    Fat: 71

I’ve since added about 1000 calories to my breakfast total and will have a full breakdown posted by the end of the day.

I might have to start adding to it. Probably not, but I need to fit some extra calories in somewhere. I could end up close to 7000 at some point this week.

7k is a lot, but it's not too hard to pull off with the right meal planning/timing. Starting the day with a massive breakfast gets the ball rolling and makes the rest of the day a little easier. When the daily calories start getting backed up it becomes a real challenge...that's when you start hitting the bottle (EVOO) lol.

    Can't stop, won't stop homie.

Yeah I figured it's close to the same amount. People are usually horrified when they first see the amount of food I consume. Eating 4 sandwiches for lunch
(and snacks throughout the day) at work gets a few looks lol.

    Day 12 continued

Calories were pretty high considering my only activity was walking up and down stairs to get more food. I’m happy with the way my appearance is shaping up currently, but would like to see if I can push calories further while keeping body fat increases minimal (or nonexistent). Based on the last 11 days, I’m thinking that it's a possibility. I also wanted to note that my overall activity level has picked up a little the last couple weeks (not training related), which has been compensated for with the correct amount of calories for my goals.

    Carbs: 594
    Protein: 351
    Fat: 206
    (42/25/33)

I should be getting another night with a good amount of sleep and be hitting the gym in the morning.
