I want to start by thanking Jacob and the entire USPlabs team for the opportunity to test the new "Patented Anabolic". I'm looking forward to my run and will do my best to provide a detailed analysis of the entire process. I'm pretty in tune with my body, and any changes/effects from supplementation (large or small) are usually picked up on quickly. That being said, I won't be changing my current diet, training, rest, etc. to help limit any variables, while testing the product. It could be arriving as soon as tomorrow and I'll begin supplementation when it does.
Below is some background info on myself and what I'm hoping to achieve with my "Patented Anabolic" run:
Nutrition
-I have a fairly well balanced diet that usually breaks down around 40/30/30 (C/P/F) by the end of the day.
-I usually eat every couple hours (when I'm awake).
-I'll start by eating above caloric maintenance (~4500 calories). My intake will be anywhere from 4700-6000+ calories per day, depending on my activity level. I require a large amount of food to maintain my weight...so I eat a lot. I have no trouble adding (or dropping) weight despite this. Digestive enzymes will be taken with all meals to aid in absorption.
-Caloric intake is subject to change based on the effects of supplementation.
-I basically consume the same foods every day, but the amount I eat allows for some variety. Some of my typical food sources are the following:
Training
-I've been training for the better part of the last 15 years. I'm not following a specific program currently and haven't been for the last 6 months. I've actually been wanting to start one, but will hold off to keep training consistent, pre and during testing.
-I keep my compound lifts heavy (usually 3-6 reps) and assistance work, moderate to heavy (4-8). I'll occasionally venture into the 10-12 rep range with certain exercises.
-No Cardio
- I've been making consistent progress with both size and strength.
-My routine will continue to be set up as follows:
Supplementation
-I'm going to keep things basic (for me at least) and not add anything that I don't consider a staple.
-I'll be using the following supplements:
Goals
-Gain lean mass and strength. I will be trying to bulk up a bit, while staying fairly lean. I'd ideally like to gain 3-4lbs with minimal (or no) fat added. My goals could change slightly depending on the effects of the product.
Current Stats
Height: 5'11''
Weight: 209lbs
Body Fat %: ?
-Pictures were taken first thing this morning, right after weighing in:
I'm hoping to get things started tomorrow. If the product arrives while I'm at work, I plan on dosing it before heading to the gym. I have no idea what to expect, but diet and training will be on point per usual. I'll be doing my best to provide both in-depth and honest feedback.
