    Day 31

Waking up was rough, as I didn’t want to get out of bed. Once I got moving, energy was good and I felt like I got sufficient sleep.

My weight came down a little to 210.2lbs (+3.2lbs overall). At this point in the week, it shouldn’t decline any further. I think it’s safe to say that I've gained 3lbs+ during my 30 day run of PA. I’m very happy with this and have noticed some extra size, especially the last few days. I’m going to attempt to take some pictures in a few minutes and should have them posted later tonight.

Breakfast was put together pretty quick, to save me a few minutes for pictures. I had waffles, cereal, chicken sausage, and a shake (whey/GlcoMyx, Greek yogurt, almond milk)

My breakfast calorie total and breakdown are as follows:

    Calories: 1706
    Carbs: 258
    Protein: 68
    Fat: 51

I plan on hitting the gym after work, for what could be a “PA free” workout.

Thanks boss. I'll have to check, but I think I'm +6 on BW reps and pretty happy about it too.

    Edit: I just checked. +6 BW reps (15 to 21) and +20lbs weighted (50x5 to 70x5).

Awesome! I was up 6 reps as well. PA consistency, perhaps?

Thanks DW, great job yourself brother. Nothing wrong with consistently awesome haha. The gym (and work) performance benefits of PA have been second to none.

Thanks Jiigzz. That's the plan. I'm going to just keep logging per usual and should have more PA sometime in the next few days. I'll have some current pictures up tonight or tomorrow and my thoughts/review of the first month posted this weekend.

    Day 31 continued

My energy and mood remained great through a long workday. I wouldn’t have expected this to change yet, considering I dosed PA last night.

My hunger was increased today and it was very noticeable. I couldn’t help but eat the majority of my lunch by 10am. It wasn’t the best idea, since I worked later than I have in a while.

I had planned on getting a workout in tonight, but took the day off for a couple reasons. By the end of the workday my shoulder wasn’t feeling that great. I don’t remember doing anything that specifically caused the small issue, but it happened. It will be fine regardless and I probably would’ve gone to the gym if I got out of work a little earlier. I’ll either make up the missed arm workout tomorrow, or move on to legs.

I kept my caloric intake on track and consumed a good surplus based on my daily activity. The total was a little lower today, due to not making the gym.

Today’s calorie total and breakdown were as follows:

    Calories: 5533
    Carbs: 626
    Protein: 416
    Fat: 167
    (44/29/27)

I’m patiently waiting for the delivery of another 30 days’ worth of PA. Hopefully it shows within the next day or two. I’m wondering how long I can go without dosing, before I start to see some effects fade. At this point, I haven’t noticed any changes, as vascularity and energy remained at their improved levels throughout the day.

    Picture Update

The current pictures didn't come out as good as I would've liked (due to the lighting), but I think they still provide an decent comparison. The changes in vascularity aren't as noticeable as they would be later in the day either. I can however, see an added prominence to some veins and additional ones as well. It usually takes a couple hours after I wake up/start moving before it becomes more apparent. I'll take a few more pictures when the changes are more evident (and with better lighting), but wanted to keep these consistent with the starting pictures (first thing in the morning).

    Starting Pics: white shorts
Current Pics: (12 hours post PA dosing): dark shorts

    Starting Weight: 207lbs

I think I unconsciously turned my alarm off this morning and got up an hour later than normal as a result. I'll have an update later today.

    Day 32

I was without PA today, but some of the effects are still going strong. I once again had a very long work day and my energy/endurance were much better than they were a month ago. I didn't feel the slightest bit of fatigue the entire day. Vascularity is still at its increased level as well. The same veins that I posted a picture of earlier in the week are just as prominent, if not more. My appetite hasn't died down yet either. All of my "work food" was gone before I was halfway through the day.

My weight this morning was unchanged at 210.2lbs (+3.2lbs from "Day 1"). I was happy to see this, as it helps confirm my total weight gain over the last month.

I didn't end up receiving my second bottle of PA today, but came home to a nice surprise. A Black Friday order from a few weeks ago had finally arrived.

I'm excited to have another run with Compound20 sometime in the next few months. My first time around, ended up providing, what was probably the biggest physique changes I've experienced over a two month period. I have a feeling that combining it with PA, would be a very effective stack.

I didn't have much time for the gym today, but I made it in for a quick leg workout.

The following was dosed pre workout:

    2 scoops Craze
    2g ALCAR
    2.5 scoops Protocol

2 scoops Modern BCAA were used intra workout

My performance was good and both strength and endurance felt pretty solid. However, I didn't have much to compare it to, due to some changes in my routine. Time was limited and I had to drop squats from my workout because I couldn't wait around for a rack. I can't remember the last time I had a leg workout without them.

    DB alt. Lunge
    3 sets
    80 x failure

    Calf Extension machine
    330x28 (straight)
    330x18 (toes in)
    330x15 (out)
    drop
    230x14 (straight)

    Seated Leg Curl
    220x15
    250x8
    250x7

    Leg Extension
    300x8
    300x7
    300x7

Smith alt. Reverse Lunge (20lb bar/ rep per leg)
    200x12
    220x10
    240x7

-I hadn't done these in a while and forgot how brutal they can get.

I just finished my last meal, hitting my calorie target for the day. I'm thinking about scaling the calories back slightly, just to play it safe (with fat gain) until more PA arrives.

Today's calorie total and breakdown were as follows:

    Calories: 5505
    Carbs: 569
    Protein: 427
    Fat: 178
    (41/31/28)

Tomorrow will be a complete day of rest, free from work and the gym. This should leave me with enough time to post my thoughts on the last month with PA. I'm not sure if delivery is an option on the weekend, but if not, it looks like I'll be waiting for Monday to begin my second month.

Pics look good bro. You actually look drier to me and your cuts are more prominent. For adding what 3-4 lbs and appearing drier that is incredible! Proves there was definitely some recomp action taking place.

Definitely look drier. Sharper cut in lower abs and arms. Shoulders look bigger as well. Noticeable improvement on already conditioned athlete. Imagine what it will do for someone who is not in as great condition. Nothing ! Unless you put in the work like Breezy does. I am sold and I can't wait for PA to go on sale. To me it looks like an awesome recomp product and that's what I need.
