    Great workout setting a PR in squats. My squats and deads have been steady with keeping up with eachother setting PRs. Weight remains the same... Actually a pound less. Yet strength is going on... I guess that's what I'm going for right?
    Coach had stuff to do tonight... I always lift better when he's there to push me yet I still had room to breath even after doin better alone then last week.

    Shoulder hurts but had a pretty good workout today... No PRs but I'm just working on strengthenin the tendons and ligs.

    Yup, it got so bad that I couldn't function at work. Had to take a sick day then discontinued the SD. Epic gains though.

    Blood Pressure is 100% in check... No headaches or nosebleeds either.
    Urine is still clear... Lots of water is being drank as well
    No prostate pressure either

    Awesome shoulder workout! Still doin shoulder rehab work till my shoulders are in top shape. Been having less sides than I ever have which tells me Cycle Assist is superior to all other cycle supports I have taken... Sorry bout lack of final review on Focus XT. Should be up tonight or tomorrow. Been having family time! Can't wait to see what the future holds ;-)
