Chest-DAY 4 1-ALPHA
No sides to note.. Aggression is up, I look and feel full, like i have an around the clock pump, and i love it. Also im vascular as ****.. Nothing else to really report, Im hoping the strength kicks in tomorrow.

Still building strength here felt great to do extra sets. I probably could have done ALOT better, but I was severely dehydrated.. my bad lol)
