AWESOME WORKOUT TODAY
barx5x2 135x5 185x3 225x2x8 These all felt awesome! I was strong and explosive! I tried for 3 on my 5th set but It didnt happen. Next time I do strength chest I will start with 3 reps each set and just drop to 2 when I cant complete the set of 3 without failing.

I had awesome pumps today. Ignite was pretty legit today hopefully i continue getting these pumps and better! My arms today were 15.5 cold, 15.75 (two ticks before 16) with a pump. I was stoked! I like I said I had some awesome strength / pumps today. I also looked really pretty full. was awesome too! I didnt really get fatigued and felt like I could do ALOT more. I feel great after this workout, (seems like 45 mins for the preworkout is my sweet spot, didnt get sick today!) Energy was subtle, but I hit the weights agressively and didnt tire.
