    I bet but you need to let your body and CNS recover. You will be able to lift even more later if you do.

    Still gaining weight also, Its not bad weight either, I still look decent body fat wise. Strength was down today, didnt have that on feeling.. weird.

    Chest
    45x10 135x8 205x5 225x5x2

    Incline DB
    50x10 55x8

    Dips
    +45x6 BWx6

    Pushups
    25/20/10/10

    25 minutes of cardio- 266 calories burnt

    Overall a good workout, felt like I did plenty but then again I had to force myself to leave because I know im supposed to be deloading. cardio was EASY.. but it tired me out enough to make me leave.

    5x2(forgot how hard these are when you gain weight)

    185x9>135x3 (this is where i couldn't handle the forearm pump lol)

    30x10 30x12 (each arm)

    10 mins light cardio .. Mostly walking.. My calves got a pump

    Another day where i had to force myself to take it easy

  16. Yeah 20 reps of 135 will put your forearms in a bind. Not exact the best feeling for your lower back if you are susceptible there too.

  20. BMF, I will go in and work hard in your name tonight. Leave a few drops of sweat on the floor for ya. Tonight I go back to training harder hitting up my FST-7 workouts which should be a blast.

    That is the plan. Will be an arm day biggest test today will be Close Grip Bench and 205lbs I got 185 last time with no pain.

  24. Tweaked my shoulder pretty good about a month ago and it is just now getting better to where I can really hit it with any weight at all. A couple weeks ago benching 95lbs would hurt it. So 185 this past weekend is pretty sweet!
