135x8 225x6 275x5 315x5x2 (got my sweet spot.. Crushed it.. Did get a wicked forearm / back pump.. Think i took too much agmatine and not enough water today lol)
5x2(forgot how hard these are when you gain weight)
135x20(did these as fast as possible)
185x9>135x3 (this is where i couldn't handle the forearm pump lol)
30x10 30x12 (each arm)
10 mins light cardio .. Mostly walking.. My calves got a pump
Another day where i had to force myself to take it easy

Yeah 20 reps of 135 will put your forearms in a bind. Not exact the best feeling for your lower back if you are susceptible there too.

Tweaked my shoulder pretty good about a month ago and it is just now getting better to where I can really hit it with any weight at all. A couple weeks ago benching 95lbs would hurt it. So 185 this past weekend is pretty sweet!

Close grip has always been strong for me. Less shoulder than bench.

Kinda mad the people who put the intramurel bball together let an actual semi organized team play us(like a ymca league team or something who actually practices and **** )..Im not mad cause they stomped us.. (well a little) but why bring in a team like that too let them stomp on all of the college kids who just wanna have a little fun
