  1. Sounds like a good PCT to me. Should be relatively easy recovery. Nice work on those deads!

    Did one set of iron crosses.. (front lateral raise, then at the top you bring your arms to your side parallel to the ground then back together and back to the down position) (Idk how i like these yet)

    Seated bicep curls
    25x10x2 (10each arm)

    Dissatisfied with the Db presses .. Oh well lol i didn't want to leave today.. Also did 10 mins cardio i would say solid day today.. Had alot of volume this week. Gonna destroy legs tomorrow.

  12. Also i did 2 sets of pushups x 20 super set with bent over rear lateral raises with 10 lbs x 15

  15. Agreed you are a hard worker and it is definitely paying off. Every day can't be a PR or even as strong as your last PR it is the progress you make over time that shows you your success.

  20. Haha lol well the stomach virus sucks because we all got it from our little niece, but the flu I'm thinking was from visiting my dad in the hospital. I hardly ever get that sick. It's usally just sinus crap. I will bounce back soon and with Hulk like power!

    Still gaining weight also, Its not bad weight either, I still look decent body fat wise. Strength was down today, didnt have that on feeling.. weird.

    Chest

    Incline DB
    50x10 55x8

    Dips
    +45x6 BWx6

    Pushups
    25/20/10/10

    25 minutes of cardio- 266 calories burnt

    Overall a good workout, felt like I did plenty but then again I had to force myself to leave because I know im supposed to be deloading. cardio was EASY.. but it tired me out enough to make me leave.
